I used this to further enrich my hair oils with amla
I have been using Amla hair oils with good results (increased hair thickness, growth and lustre+reduced hairfall). I know how beneficial the fruit Amla is to the hair. However ,I am a bit sceptical about commercial amla oils so decided to enrich these. I warmed up the bottles and added dried Amla to the oil&will drain the oil from the Amla after a few weeks. Another way to make Amla oil at home is to heat oils up and cook Amla pieces in it for a few minutes, making sure the oil is not overboiling. I prefer the oil infusion method ,without any cooking. Amla is a very versatile fruit and the dried pieces can be soaked in warm water and the pulp used in smoothies or face preparations as well. It has astringent ,antimicrobial and balancing properties +rich in Vitamin C and flavonoids also.
