We got these because we had some outdoor lights but needed something to hang them from. These poles are perfect. They are easy to put together. And easy to install in the grass. These are also very sturdy. We keep them up all year long.

I’m really impressed with these string light poles! The metal is thick and durable, and the fork base keeps them firmly in the ground — even during windy days. They were easy to assemble and hold my string lights securely without leaning or wobbling. They add such a nice touch to my patio and backyard setup, giving it a warm, festive look at night. These poles are exactly what I needed to hang string lights in my yard. The adjustable height is super convenient—I was able to set them up at just the right level for my patio. They feel very sturdy, even on windy nights, and the claw hook at the top keeps the lights in place perfectly. I love that I could either stick them in the ground or attach them to my fence depending on where I needed extra lighting. Setup was simple and only took a few minutes. Functionality at best price. My backyard looks amazing now—great for dinners and parties.

These were easy to assemble and I used eight of them in my back yard for 200 feet of lights. Seem sturdy enough and have had them up about a month now. If your yard is like mine and has no light at all these and the right led lights are definitely the trick. A lot tougher than I thought they’d be , seems they will last a while

I love these!! I had to buy 2 sets of 4 because I initially had them too far apart and my lights were just too heavy. I have 2 sets of 48’ boutique lights that have a larger rubbery cord. With a second set of 4 posts, they are spaced about 11.5’ apart and it’s perfect. They were very easy to install and put together. It works best if you hammer in the main base stake first and top it with the cross stakes. I had to anchor a couple of my poles but they are all free standing (not bolted to a post or fence) and look great with the lights on. I’m so happy with the look! I added pictures but it’s daylight now so a bit hard to see.

Very sturdy and great for hanging lights

Even though I received these on 10/23/25, I did not put them in the ground until I finished a landscape project on November 10. On December 11, I found it necessary to move a couple of the poles to rearrange the lighting. As I was pushing one of the poles into the very soft ground (it has been raining off and on for the past 2 weeks) one of the spikes completely snapped off! Apparently the connection weld was inferior and there was RUST underneath the connection. I can't believe that these lasted only about a month-NOT ACCEPTABLE for the price!! I have had similar poles for over a year with no problems, I needed a few more so I purchased these "on sale". At first I was impressed that the spikes on these appeared thicker, but now I see that the overall quality is horrible! I am afraid to attempt to move any of the others for fear of breakage. Very disappointed at the quality of these poles and I would recommend purchasing from another company. Unfortunately, the return window was November 23 (30 days) so return is out of the question. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If your lights are made of kite string, they'll stick up straight. If you have any kind of string lights, they'll turn into English longbows. Great design, utter failure of materials. Zero load bearing capacity. Other than that, they're okay. Don't use as corner or anchor points.
