This thing was amazing... when I bought it (at the behest of my wife) I had middling expectations. But I have to say that aside from wishing it had a slightly bigger water container (though that would make it too heavy to use probably), the steamer is amazing! I use it on high most of the time and i've used it so far to clean grout, toilets, that oily film on cabinets around the stove, my range top and everything just comes off!!It heats up super quick and provides a nice continuous amount of hot steam but when it 'powers up' (I don't know what else to call it), it unloads this torrent of steam blasting grease/dirt/whatever away! Incredible cleaning power!!It's quite easy to use and all the attachments are easy to remove/swap. At the end of the day I ended loving this even more than my wife does!

Loving this steamer. I need to steam long curtains as well as upholstery and this is perfect. It is very light, has a long extension( for floors but great for steaming high up). For a lightweight steamer it puts out a tremendous amount of steam. It heated in 15 seconds and put out nice fine steam mist. Tons of attachments are great- even though I will probably only use the fabric and floor ones - you never know.My only wish was that it had a longer cord. The cord is around 10 feet and I needed an extension to get to where I needed to be.I am getting another for one of my adult children- it works well and collapses and stores in much less space than an ironing board.

I bought this originally to be a lightweight steamer for clothing since we don’t really use an iron anymore but sometimes clothes are still wrinkled. Anyway so I decided to try it out on my grout because I read it can clean grout as well. First I put it together, not using the instructions because I’m awesome like that, and it was actually super simple. It heated up quickly and was ready to go. I went over the grout seriously like only 3 times and there is already a noticeable difference. Wow! So I’m impressed with the ease of setup, the amount of different attachments to choose from, and how well it works.

It works fantastic! Steams just the right amount of! Very tall handle , I’m 5’11” tall so this don’t hurt my lower back because it’s the right height for me. The only thing is the reservoir is small and there’s nowhere to tie up the cord on the machine. Other than that, it’s a thumbs up for me. I don’t think it’s as flimsy as people say. It is on other reviews. Nothing’s perfect, but I pushed it pretty hard and the tubes didn’t buckle or bend it all. And the only reason why I’m giving it a four is because there’s nowhere to put the cord.

I have been using this steam mop everyday, trying it out on something new many different surfaces.The first was my tile floors. The grout! I put it on the high setting, I could see the dirt coming out onto the tile. After finishing a big area, I went back to area I streamed with the mop attachment, and cleaned the tile.My tile looks so good! So clean.The next project was my sons bathroom toilet. That yellow all around sealer at the bottom of toilet. One steam and you it was clean. I wiped with paper towel.Next I decided to try it on my stone tile in the bath. I used the tool with squeegee and the window cloth together. The pics aren’t the best, but there is such a difference in the before and after! It was dull and dingy and now you see a satin like finish, with clean grout!It’s light in my hand even when tanks filled.Best feature is no more reaching and bending over. Easy to switch different attachments, when it’s cooled. That container cleaned when the tile around toilet and steamed the stone in shower, with not having to add more water.I did have to add water to tank when doing the floor tile. I have large floors.I timed it so when I needed to add more, that’s when I changed attachment to the mop. It cleaned up the grout dirt and cleaned the tiles. The steam dries quickly, and leaves that clean sheen my floor.I am so happy with this product. I will use this so many times. The mop cloths come out clean in washer and dryer. Ready for next time! This steam mop is such a great value for the money. I know I am saving money every time I use it.

The steam control is fantastic allowing me to dial it up for tough spots or keep it gentler for more delicate surfaces. It glides around furniture legs, into tight corners, and under cabinets. It's incredibly lightweight. My arm doesn't ache after mopping the entire downstairs laminate flooring which is huge. My husband didn't believe me so he used the handheld steamer attachment to clean our bathrooms. He gave a thumbs up.
