This is a 10 out of 10 product. I love the taste, which starts out just a bit sweet and lemony, but then gets that slightly peppery ginger flavor. Great price too. I'm very happy with this product and will purchase it again.

I started enjoying Gem Gem brand Ginger chews about four months ago. About a month ago, I was introduced to the Chimes line of Ginger Chews.I have been really enjoying all flavors the Chimes line has to offer, but after reading reviews on Reddit and Amazon, I decided to give the Prince of Peace Original chews a try.The PoP brand has a more rubbery consistance than the Chimes brand. I also noticed the PoP brand contains less Ginger in them, and it was immediately noticeable as soon as I had my first chew.Overall, the PoP brand chews are decent, but I would rank them third after the Gem Gem brand. I believe I've been spoiled by the Chimes brand chews, and will be going back to them. They are far superior in quality over the other brands I have tried. I hope this review helps.

Wow, these are hard to stop eating. I didn't think I liked them much at first. I've changed my mind since then and ordered this 2.2lb bag because I was gobbling them up!Now, I do have to say that I don't think they help settle my stomach or improve digestion, BUT they also don't give me any "burning burps" the way that pure candied ginger root sometimes does.Some of them have more kick than others, like any other candy. I like the ones with more kick. I'll come upon one that's bland here and there, and one that's really hot here and there. They're a bit sweet, but not nearly as sweet as some others which I tried to compare. I came back to Prince Of Peace and I'm definitely staying here. I've come to like how chewy they are. Some can be a bit rubbery, but there's something that feels satisfying about chewing for a while instead of something that just melts after a few chews. I wouldn't recommend them for people with TMJ problems though, as they really are pretty tough.I might try the flavored varieties one day. For now, I'm staying with the original because they're so delicious as they are. Some flavored essential oils can make my stomach a little sick, so I'm hesitant. The idea is to calm my stomach. As I said, I don't think that these really give me any help with nausea, but they sure are delicious! :-)

I used to buy this from Sprouts, but it's way more expensive buying in tiny bags. I like having ginger chews as a mild treatment for nausea, and it does help me and my family. Other ginger chews have too much sugar for me. My only problem with this was that the delivery date kept changing, and amazon wound up charging me the "authorization" charge after it was finally delivered, and then amazon never gave it back? So I had to needle amazon about it? But honestly, I don't blame the seller for that, and I don't mind delivery dates being pushed back with something as good as this that probably had to be imported anyway. Just something to keep in mind if you need it right away.
