Lightweight, but not a great buggy for older toddlers
I did so much research before I bought this and was excited about getting a maclaren but after 2 years of use it hasn’t quite lived up to expectations. I bought it initially as a lightweight buggy to bring on holidays but ended up stowing it in the car and using it for trips out and about too, as it folds small. It is definitely quite a light buggy, in terms of carrying it around when folded, and it works well for travel. My main problem is the wheels are very small, which made it difficult to handle as my daughter has got older and heavier . Once she hit 2 years it became very hard to steer and I rarely use it anymore which is a shame because I thought we would get a lot longer from it. The straps are fiddly and awkward too. The recline is good and we had my daughter in this comfortably from about 4 months. The storage basket underneath is quite small but it’s a sturdy buggy and I’ve often piled lots of bags on the handles and it’s always felt strong. After two years of fairly regular use it’s still in good condition and has worn quite well. There are definitely positive things about it; but it was quite an expensive purchase compared to other umbrella buggies and it just hasn’t lasted as long as I had hoped or expected. If I could go back I would have chosen another model instead.I’m a mum of 2 and do loads of research before I buy any baby products; I really rely on other people’s reviews to help me make the right decision. If I could give no stars I would
To start this I previously owned a limited edition yellow submarine maclaren and it was my work horse it was amazing and I just can't say enough good things about it but after 2 boys and continuous use it was time for a new one so I was confident in buying a maclaren oh how wrong was I !! The first buggy that was sent the recline had a fault in and was permanently in flat position so buggy was replaced the next one arrived and I didn't use straight away and by the time I did I realised the straps were sewn on back to front! The leg section dissent stay up the rain cover is impossible to put back down the whole buggy is wrickety and feels quite unstable at times, the recline is flimsy the buggy has a very breakable plasticy feel to it, it's not wearing well at all given I've only used it a handful of times as I babywear. In summary it was a complete waste of a lot of money and I think I could of picked up a normal basic model much much cheaper and been a lot less disappointed. Steer well clear don't let the pretty orla keily print lure you into a purchase this is poor quality and shoddy workmanship I expected better of maclaren

You can't go wrong with maclaren!
This is my 4th maclaren (old quest, double triumph and volo). I debated a long time about going for a competitor but in the end decided they have served me well in the past. i love the colour and so easy to wheel about, fold and unfold even one handed and nice and light to lift in to the car. my only issue is that they changed the strap mechanism - why oh why when something didn't need fixing did they try to fix it. they clearly didn't roadtest it with a wriggly planking one year old. otherwise would have been 5 stars!

5 straps are good but the clasp need improvement
I have just purchased the Quest pushchair blue & silver. I was really looking forward to using it have had a Maclaren for my children. I remember how easy & sturdy they were...well I am a little disappointed. The Maclaren '5 clasp harness' I found almost impossible to unfasten...I hoped it was me but family members struggled too. It all came a head when after a walk I wanted to undo the harness...there was no way I could release it. Applying pressure at different angles pressing back & front doing all the things one might to get the desired result . It seemed to just tighten. My grand daughter was getting more distressed so I got the scissors out! Job done! I'm now waiting for a replacmemt harness for a week now...It's pending..I hope. The other thing is. I looked for stockest in my area they sold every kind of pushchair but the Maclaren. This made it not so easy to check for size of the handles...I'm 5 foot nothing so they are a little uncomfortable...ajustable would be good. The harness..unless mine was faulty was a no,no had I been able to try the harness in the shop I probably would have done a rethink. Pity as I think they are in general a good buy. Should have a label saying extra strong thumbs required

bad quality
Less than a couple weeks use and the wheels are squeaking and the other day I put my daughter in and it collapse on her.Very poor and overpriced for what it is. Disappointing to say the least.

Awesome product!
Amazing product! Love the newborn features, the large sun shade, peek window, 5 point harness (can be tricky to unlock, you need strong fingers), folds down easy and is super light weight.

Perfect
This is the only stroller I could find that fits in the boot of my mum's mini AND has longer handles suitable for a taller person. Extremely smooth and nimble to push. Extra long hood/Sun shade.
