Worst product
Do not, under any circumstance, buy any Cellecor product! The “customer care” is apparently designed to test your patience rather than solve problems. After being put on hold forever, you finally get the privilege of recording a voice message—only for the system to kindly disconnect you on its own. What a seamless experience! My product stopped working in a grand total of five minutes—talk about durability! Tried calling multiple times, same IVR loop from the depths of customer service purgatory. If awards were given for the most unresponsive helpline, Cellecor would win hands down. Seriously, Cellecor, if this is what “Make in India” looks like for you, maybe start by making your customer service functional first.
