defective battery right form the box.
I am more than happy to allow this vendor to correct the situation.The Battery supplied is defective right out of the box.I have multiple tested it on Multipe J7 robots.I have just finished testing that my docking station is not at fault by even bringing a 3rd robot into the mix from another docking station. It charges fine on the dock, so the dock not an issue. I even placed that battery in my original unit I bought the battery is from.I guess he warning about after market products comes into play

Error when replacing
The media could not be loaded. I received the replacement battery quickly, and it resembles the original. The installation process was seamless, and the charger instantly recognized my Roomba, initiating the charging process. Nevertheless, when I attempted to utilize it, I encountered error 23, as shown in the video. Regrettably, a genuine battery is mandatory, requiring me to return it. My model is iRobot Roomba i1+
