Basic, but a good addtion to the range
The media could not be loaded. This is a simple addition to the Hot Wheels range, but it fits in well even if it is a bit basic. It consists of a pimped up firetruck that sits on a platform. You place the truck on a platform, pull the roof lever vertically up and it locks the platform into place. A press of the button on the roof sends the platform spiraling down the firemans pole and when it reaches the bottom the firetruck is launched onto a connected track (not supplied). The Hot Wheels orange track can be connected to the exit point and 2 further bypass points. That is pretty much it with the exception of a (hand) rotation fire hydrant with a jet of water (plastic) which can stop a car or allow it through if opened. There is also a rudimentary bell which makes a crude ringing sound when tapped. It isn't the most captivating Hot Wheels addition and is pretty lame on its own, but with connected track and other parts in the range it adds to the playability overall and at the current price of £15 isn't the worse value for money.

Hot Wheels FTW !!!
Love Hot Wheels. I had these when i was a boy over 40 years ago and they are still really well made, lots of fun, and they have all kinds of accessories ... this one is fairly simple with it acting like a garage that has a tamp that goes up and down but buy a few more cars at around a pound each and it’s perfect

Least Interesting Of the HotWheels City System
My wife and I have a huge amount of HotWheels stuff for when our grandchildren - 'The Bubs,' - come over the play or stay. They are twin girl and boy but both love cars and trucks. The HotWheels system is epic fun - especially for me - which, is a good thing because I'm happy to play with the small people in my life. With this set I'd say it's very limited. By itself it isn't all that fantastic and it isn't going to hold the attention of children very long. If you are to to buy this then consider that it should be part of a few more bits to add interest. And that means you are going to have to shell out a fair bit of wedge overall. The above being said, in my old and weary grumpy old man way, I really do believe these toys are far better than computer based stuff that seems to suck the brains out of a child. Using HotWheels involves manual dexterity, thinking, planning and most of all learning how to make things from imagination.Overall, a nice addition to the HotWheels environment but probably the least interesting.

Great!
Hot Wheels have been around for years, and it's easy to see why. Their toys are always of high quality and very durable. This is a great little set that can be connected to the other sets in the Hot Wheels City line. Ring the bell and twist the handle to send the fire engine hurtling on its way. Great fun for the little one.

Turnaround (Bright Eyes)
Hot Wheels have been around for years and there is a reason for that - they are cool! The cars themselves are great quality and the kit that you can get is awesome. We were treated this year to a massive spiral that automatically fires the cars around. Noisy! The 'City Downtown Fire Station' is not quite as awe inspiring as this, but in its own way is just as cool. What you notice first about the 'Fire Station' is that it is a little lonely. It stands on its own, but is clearly designed to be part of a bigger Hot Wheels set up. Thankfully, this piece of kit is compatible with Hot Wheels tracks and you can enter the Fire Station via the blue doors or sides. Inside is the car equivalent of a fireman's pole that twists the Fire Appliance up and down on an axis when you use the easy to reach button on top. This being Hot Wheels, this is not just a plain red Fire Truck, but a souped up anti-fire monster machine. It is one great looking car.The entire 'Fire Station' is colourful and well made, but you will struggle to play with it as a standalone experience. However, it would be a great extra for a Hot Wheels fan who already has some track. They can create situations that need the Fire Brigade to come into action. If your child does stick to the City selection of toys they will can add this to make a fully fledged metropolis.

Sympa !

Eigentlich sogar eher 3,5 Sterne ...
Mhmm.
