MIDITECH Midi Controller (i2 Mini 32 BT)

The media could not be loaded.  The product I received is not the one pictured in the listing. I believe the company was bought out or there was some kind of rebranding but it’s still has the same functions. I use with my MPC Live II and iPad synths via Bluetooth. I didn’t have any issues setting it up with either device. It works great on the iPad, however the MPC has slight delay via BT. It works for sketching songs but I won’t be using it to record takes since the lag is pretty noticeable. Alternatively I can always use the USB connection to fix that. The construction isn’t terrible but it is plastic and I wouldn’t bet on it surviving a big drop without something breaking. The keybed is as expected at this price point. I have many other controllers, however I wanted something I could use on the couch or bed and throw in my backpack without cables. For those purposes it’s fantastic! Can’t complain about its functionality. However if you’re looking for a keyboard to perform on or practice on this is not for you. There are better options. I love that it can be powered by batteries. Can’t beat it.

finally ! an economical midi keyboard with bluetooth capability -- i use it for logic software instruments on my macbook via logic pro x AND for software instruments from my IPHONE 7 PLUS -- highly recommend -- compatible with the garageband app and the electroharmonix app ;) have fun!

I was looking for something better than the iPad on-screen GarageBand keyboard, and this little device works great - EXACTLY what I was looking for!I was worried about bluetooth lag (i.e., being able to enter notes in sync with a track) - no problems there - no noticeable lag. I also tried it wired to the iPad (USB-C), using the Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WF96FY5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) - that worked perfectly as well.Because the keyboard can run on batteries, I didn't require any power connections in either case.GREAT value for the price! I had previously bought a non-bluetooth keyboard which cost more, wasn't as well designed (IMHO), and didn't work (thank goodness for Amazon ease of return)!

First of all there's ZERO documentation as to how anything functions on this keyboard. Supposedly it has Bluetooth but not one of my three iOs devices recognized any BT signal. So I tried it with the USB cable and it does work but is laggy and feels worse than a child's toy piano. In fact the keys feel like cheesy Popsicle sticks given spring action with weak rubber bands. So back to Amazon it goes another failed piece of Chinese Crap for the big crap heap junk pile that Amazon purveys these days.

I only give five stars for sheer perfection. I really like this unit, especially or the price. It delivers! The only complaint I can make is that you did not include a user manual. I had to find it myself ans also use YouTube to find out how to work this. I would suggest at the very least a slip of paper with a link to download the manual, but it would be smart to make a series of tutorials for YouTube, in multiple languages. Once I did, i was able to use this unit and I am (well, the person I gave it to as a gift was) very pleased!I would caution buyers that MIDI controllers are more or less like a game controller. It does not create the sounds, so the jacks in the back are NOT headphone or output audio jacks. They are data jacks for this MIDI controller.If you are a fun, creative type of person, you may want to experiment through Garage Band or other similar software programs to sample your voice, sounds like a dog barking or popping a balloon, and use the keyboard as a way to modulate and modify the sounds for sound creations. It can be used to create normal musical instrument sounds, of course, but sampling words and phrases has brought great amusement. You can even sample pieces of music and play them at different pitches.

Ordered bluetooth model, but delivered one is USB only model.It is outside US here and returning wrong item to Amazon costs too much.Key touch is quite toy-like.Good for portability, but not for any quality.
