WOrked great.
Ordered this for our Church - The pastor is really hard on microphones and I wanted to get one that was not as expensive for him to abuse. This worked great. Had great sound, seems to be rugged and fits securely. Plus it didn't cost so much that I freak out when he abuses it. Will be buying again once this one wears out. (Not because of quality, but because my Preacher it hard on these things.)

90% of sound quality of Sennheiser head mic at 5% of cost!
I own Sennheiser SL Headmic 1 which costs around $600. And was really impressed with this unit that cost only $35. Initially I was so surprised with the sound quality I started to regret spending so much money on my Sennheiser mic. After more extensive use I've kept both mics.Unlike the Sennheiser SL Headmic 1 this microphone is designed more for external sound isolation. The microphone is more sensitive than the Sennheiser microphone. So this microphone is much better than the Sennheiser SL for using in noisy situations and especially when you be projecting your voice out through loud speakers. This microphone will reduce change for feedback. So if I stopped here then this $35 microphone would seem to be better then then way more expensive Sennheiser microphone. With further use what I realize is that Sennheiser does way better in engineering the frame that holds the microphone. So when I turn my head while speaking this $35 unbranded microphone will pick up cable rubbing noises that the Sennheiser will not have. So in some of my videos that used this $35 microphone I got occasional rustling noises in the background. So now I reserve the $35 cheaper microphone for things like leading dance classes with loud music. Or doing dances classes in the outdoors with lots of external noises. For these applications this mic performs better than the way more expensive Sennheiser SL Headmic 1. Now it's true there are other Sennheiser head microphones better suited for external sound isolation but when you find out how good this mike works for only $35 it becomes a no brainer. I could spend another $500 for a higher quality head mic with better external sound isolation and no cable rustling sounds that this cheaper mic has. But in loud sound situations you almost never get to hear the cable rustling sound to make it worth spending so much more. In the loud sound situations that you would end up using this mic you won't hear this cable rustling noise. Finally, this mike gives me peace of mind in case with the rougher use while dancing and perspiring because if I mess up it's only $35.I reserve my more expensive Sennheiser SL head mic 1 for indoor only quiet applications and where invisibility of the microphone is more important.

Every part is way too sensitive to touch!
We used this at our church during one of our Wednesday night prayer meetings. Our senior pastor sounded good, and there was no feedback issues at all. HOWEVER, the mic is extremely sensitive to touch. If our pastor adjusted the mic or even if the back collar of his jacket tapped the wire, then we would get a significant popping sound. We checked if our other headset mics did the same thing, and they didn't even come close to being this sensitive to touch. What a shame. We were hopeful that this would work for us. We returned it right away.

Well built, but poor sound...
Ruggedly built for a headworn mic, but sound quality is a disappointment.

Ok product
The mike worked "ok" but was not sensitive enough.

The best for the money.
I purchase this one and I love it, I'm a pastor of a church and I have a very sharp ears for the audio of my church, I'm always in pursuit of the very best audio quality for my church. Constantly monitoring the audio quality of my church.I also have a country man neck microphone and I also have the Sennheiser, plus other ones, but for the money and the audio quality you can't go wrong with this one. I like even better that the Sony and the Samsung ones.So if you can afford a country man neck microphone and your are looking for a inexpensive neck microphone trust me this is the right one for you.

Works pretty well
Ordered a second one of these for a 2nd mic and another for a backup, thank goodness I ordered 2. One I ordered stopped working after only an hour or 2 of use, the other 2 seem to be working well still. Word of advice make sure you have a few of these on hand, they aren't particularly reliable but they work great if you need a lot of sound in a small space and are having issues with feedback.
