The shoelaces on my waterproof Rockport's finally gave out, and that started me on a hunt for shoelaces. I was delighted to have found these! Not only a great price, but they feel great, stay tied, and from what I can tell at this early stage, seem to be good quality. They are round in shape, and have a general non-reflective look, meaning that, although they are waxed, they don't shine, which is nice for the type of show I am using them on. They came wrapped as seen on the Amazon page, packed in a small zip lock bag.Make sure you get the right length! The way I did it was pretty simple. I took one of the old laces that had not broken in half, measured its length (mine turned out to be 36 inches) and then selected that length for the order. And when I put the new laces in, it worked out just right!I would definitely buy these again for dress shoes if the need arises. Five stars.

It's unbelievable what harassment some shoelaces of poor quality could bring to your life. With my old shoelaces, redoing my shoelace is almost a daily hassle. I started to believe that I must be too stupid to know how to properly tie shoelaces after all this time.But then I discovered these, and gave them a try before I reached final verdict on myself. I'm glad I did. These do not untie himself! They stay, showing no sign of loosening after two days, and likely to stay that way for a long time.I'm glad to know that my shoelace tying technique is all right. What a confidence boost with these.

I bought these for my fiance to wear on our wedding day. His shoes came with very light tan laces, but they stuck out like a sore thumb and they didn't match "the look". These dark brown laces are MUCH better and the length is perfect.I was also surprised that the pack came with FOUR pairs of laces! I thought I was just purchasing one pair, but we have an extra 3 pairs, which is wonderful. For the price, quality and what you get, these are awesome.He mentioned that the laces are a bit stiff, however I think they are perfect for his dress shoes. If they weren't nice and crisp, they would be raggedy and worn looking...no thanks! These are perfect!

My son inlaw referred me to this brand, I bought it too short, should of ordered 27inch instead. I bought another brand 27 inch from Amazon and its perfect. Nothing wrong with this brand, I'm sure I would love it if it was 27 inches & didn't want to go through a hassle in returning these. I'm planning on buying more colors in the other brand. Even though I purchased the wrong size, I rated this product 5 star, knowing if I bought the right length I would enjoy wearing it. Oh well.

A couple of years ago, I purchased a pair of shoes that had only four lace holes. I normally wear shows with 5 or 6. So the only shoe laces that I had were 27 inches or longer. I look all over our city for 24 inch laces and could not find any. Finally I thought of checking Amazon and located these laces. They were just what I wanted and they were available in many lengths including 24 inches.They arrived in two days and fit perfectly. The quality seems excellent. I've very happy with the product and the service. The above questions are aimed at shoes not laces and non of the selections would make any sense for shoe laces, so I'm just leaving that part of the review blank.

Great looking pair of laces w/ a slightly stiff (at first) feel that breaks in nicely after some usage. Pretty close to the photo for the product (Classic Blue).One little caveat: I'm not sure I would call this VERY thin -- maybe just Thin.

32" inches long for 4-5 eyelets shoes. Round laces so they are less likely to get caught in round eyelets. The wax finish apparently serves 2 purposes -- the wax keeps the knot from loosening, and lubricates movement through the eyelets.NOTE: 32" for 4 eyelets is adequate, but doesn't leave enough length if you're a bit clumsy or have larger hands. I suggest 36" or slight longer.In my experience, shoe laces will last longer (expecially if not waxed) by pulling AWAY (like wings) if you tighten the fit before tying -- rather than pulling the laces together (like in upright motion). The metal rings on the upper 2 rows of eyelets will abrase the laces and over time will shear off the outer strands of laces that are unwaxed.

The shoelaces were a fine for the shoes. The length was not the same as the laces replaced but worked anyway. The color selection was the most difficult part of the choice. The color I ordered and received worked but was not exactly what I wanted. However it is the only color that will work. Shoelaces were good quality and hoping the extras can be used as the pack is 4 pair. It doesn't matter if the color or length was not exactly what I wanted as impossible to find at Brick & Mortar so happy to find something that would work.
