Redwood Nbr Exercise Mat

This is thick and comfortable unlike some of the others that claim the same. It is just the basic smooth anti slip top and bottom with an airy foam like rubber so isnt to heavy and has some give for comfortable posturing, obviously if it is mistreated or used roughly the rubber foam may get peal chips out of it but if used in the correct manner it should be fine for a good while.

I bought this mat as I needed something with a bit more padding for doing my yoga as I found it uncomfortable on my knees in some of the positions with my regular mat. This mat is very thick which is great, but I am not sure I'd want to carry it to a class, however it's great for using indoors. Not as tacky as my original yoga mat and I do find I have to step off of it for some of the balance posses.

Perfect grip, without mat deformation when doing the down facing dog. Right tickness, sufficiently protecting the bones in contact with the floor. Right size. Nonetheless it's rather spongy, which makes balancing postures more difficult. I took it as an increased challenge though. It's also rather heavy, not favouring its carrying around.

Very good quality. So thick and soft. My back doesn't acke anymore when doing core exervises. Love it. I wear socks and don't slip on the mat. Amazing value for the money.

Had some dents in where the mat had been nipped by something sharp. Made it look used and it was meant to be a gift.Good thickness.

Nice and thick, but smells of rubber - not nice if you are lying on it doing pilates or yoga.
