I like this keyboard/case due to be it good looking and well-made. While I agree with some other reviewers that the magnet holding the iPad to the case could be better it mostly works well if you’re aware that it has to be correctly placed. I like that the top of the case bends back at an angle. I have had previous keyboard/cases from this manufacturer for other iPads that dont’ provide an angle and this is definitely an improvement. The keys press evenly and effectively and the mouse pad is good. I wondered at first if the keyboard was a little small with keys placed too closely together, but that has proved to be an a non-issue. The case is light, sturdy and well-made. The only complaint about the material is that smudges easily and has to be cleaned often to remove those smudges. However, sanitary wipes are effective in keeping it clean. This is a good value for the money and I recommend it for anyone needing a keyboard case for their iPad Air.

Ever since the introduction of IOS 26, I’ve wanted to use my 13” iPad Pro for more than a new media and entertainment platform. As an entrepreneur, I rarely sit in an office and work, choosing to work in my recliner, or out by the pool as I am now. This case provides the mobility options I wanted, turning my iPad Pro into a fully functional laptop-type on which I can write. As I typically do, I read reviews of similar case/keyboard combinations; after doing so, it was an easy choice for me to chose the Typecase Edge. I’m sitting here with my iPad Pro on my lap, the screen tilts into the perfect position as the sun moves through the sky, the keyboard is solid, and the keys have an excellent fell and responsiviness. As a piano player, all of my music is in an app. When I want to play, the iPad easily comes off allowing me to set it on my piano. This is, by far, the best screen/keyboard I’ve used for my iPad Pro.

Love this case! I needed a case for a new iPad and knew I loved the one I purchased from Apple but they are so expensive! I decided to give this one a shot and it’s very nice. It feels sturdy. It came charged about 95%. It was very easy to set up right out of the box. Instructions were helpful on how to update settings on my iPad based on which iOS I am on — this was very helpful. I didn’t realize my purchase included a 12-month warranty until I opened the box to assemble it, so that was a nice surprise. It was very easy to claim my warranty on the retailers website. The keyboard and track pad work great. I didn’t realize have to change some settings for the track pad to work the most efficiently, which, as I mentioned, was referenced in the set up guide that came with the item. My iPad is a new A16 iPad, purchased from Amazon, and it is compatible with this product. 👌 The keyboard lights up with different colors. The outside of the iPad is uncovered along 3 sides of the device. Therefore, if it’s dropped, it may cause some damage. I didn’t buy it for 100% protection, so this does not bother me but I wanted to mention it if that is the purpose someone else may be purchasing it.
