I recently purchased this self cleaning litter box for my mom’s multi-cat household. She is getting older, and her mobility is an issue, so I try to make things easier for her. This automatic litter box is a game changer. It's incredibly efficient, very quiet, and the self-cleaning feature works flawlessly, saving her time and bending. The cats took a day or so to get used to it, but after that, they seem to like having a clean litter box too. My mother loves that it reduces odors and keeps the litter box clean for longer periods. The design is cute, with little cat ears on the top, without being obvious that it is a litter box. Plus, it’s easy to maintain and works well even with multiple cats. The pieces come apart easily to clean and disinfect when needed. I highly recommend this to any cat owner looking for a convenient, hygienic solution!

Easy to put together put you get screwed when trying to set it up on your phone. When you try to set it up on your phone for WiFi it asks for a credit card ? But it does say it will not charge your card ! Lie ! As soon as I signed up for the internet acct it charged my card 35.00. Thanks to my bank that sent me a fraud charge to my account. Now I need a new card ! Trying to get a hold of someone is a joke!!

When I tell you this machine will change your daily litter box routine, I mean that wholeheartedly. It has taken litter box time to a whole new level, and saves me SO MUCH TIME! I went from about an hour a week of litter box cleaning, to probably about 10/15 mins now.I have 2 cats with 2 very different personalities, and I was a little scared about how my very scared, antisocial cat would accept this litter box but she actually ended up loving it. Not only is she not scared of it when it cleans, but she loves to watch it do its thing (when she is done doing her thing). My cats have been raised with crystal litter, so the change to clumping litter was a small battle for them, but within 3 days they were convinced that this is the way of life, and they now love it as much as I do.The whole process of waste dropping is surprising very quiet, which is great for us as we live in a small space, so even overnight it never disturbs anybody during sleep hours.The infrared sensors are great not only for cat safety, but if you have a home with small children the machine stops in it's tracks whenever motion is detected close to the opening. That is a very impressive feature in my opinion, and it works flawlessly!Also, I don't want to leave out the fact that the app for this litter box tracks all cleanings, so if you have a medical cat, you can easily track the times of day they use the litter box. With a diabetic cat myself, I can't stress how important these things can be sometimes.

Received this item 4 days before projected delivery date. Assembly was easy enough with instructions. App set up and calibration was slightly confusing. The plastic instruction paper on top listed one way to turn it on and set it up with litter inside. The instruction booklet did not specify if we added litter before we turned it on. So app set up and weight calibration took almost 2 hours but we finally figured it out! No litter turn it on link to app it runs a cleaning cycle, unplug then add litter and plug back in. It has worked well for 2 days and cat used it for the first time today. She was hesitant at first but warmed up to it with treats. I was very impressed with the sensors that pause cleaning when the cat is near the entrance. I feel very comfortable with the safety features. We bought tight clumping litter and it works perfect! It’s very quiet! Overall happy with it after the confusing set up! Hope this helps someone in the future!

I got the Self Cleaning Litter Box for my two cats because I don’t have time to scoop every day since I work a lot. It’s been awesome! The box cleans itself after each use, and the smell is way better, even with both cats using it. I can control it with an app on my phone, which is super easy. Plus, it came with garbage bags, so changing the litter is a breeze. It’s also cheaper than other self-cleaning litter boxes I’ve seen. The good parts are it saves me time, keeps the smell down, and is super easy to use. The only downside is that it’s kind of big and takes up more space than a normal litter box. Overall, it’s made life so much easier and my house smells fresher!

Purchased this as a Christmas gift (2024). It worked well for about 2-months. It stopped working a few weeks ago. Contacted Tech Support. It took almost 2-weeks to get a response. They claimed the issue with the box not working is a faulty mother board & there’s no way to repair it. They didn’t offer any solution other than to purchase a new one. For almost $300 it should have worked for much longer than 2-3 months. Very disappointed.

Will edit this for their customer service. They reached out to me after reading my review and in the end took care of me the best way I think they could have. I did not reach out to them, they messaged me. Which I find remarkable and amazing for any company to do. They went above and beyond any expectations I had. Thank You. That deserves at least 1 more gold star.it was easy to put together, seems to work right. does mess up once in awhile. cleans when not used. gets stuck in cleaning position if theres a big chunk of pee. then the cat pees in it and it runs onto the floor. yay. was able to get one of my cats to use it. unfortunately it is not made for adult cats. would be great for kittens until they out grow it. my poor cat ends up peeing on the edge so I get piss on my floor. was giving it time for the cat to get used to it, unfortunately i gave too much time to return this thing that is supposed to be big enough yet my cats really do not fit. paid $350 a little over a month ago, now its $179. that tells you how well they feel the quality is, they are trying to get rid of them now. only reason 2 star is because it does work almost how they say. i'm really sad, i was going to return it the first day but wife told me to wait and see if the cats get used to it..... like i said, i wait a few days too long. not impressed.
