I love drinking Instant Hydration!! I am currently breastfeeding and it is perfect to keep me hydrated when I am busy and forget to drink as much water as I need. Just add one packet to 16 oz of water, stir for 20 seconds and drink!!! The powder dissolves really quickly and it tastes fabulous! The flavor is not too strong, and has a sweet and sour taste. I absolutely recommend this product if you struggle to drink appropriate amounts of water, or simply just for the electrolytes and minerals!! I even love that this company is working hard to protect the ocean! By drinking instant hydration, they work to remove plastic from our oceans!

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend because I was having leg cramps in the middle of the night and I knew it was because I was not hydrating enough especially after a workout day… I was excited to try and after reading what some said and all the hype in social media platforms… unfortunately that was all it is hype… at least to me.. I received none of the benefits it claimed to have… I would drink one packet in the morning when I was schedule for a workout with my trainer, then later in the afternoon when I felt the afternoon slump… I might as well been drinking plain water… maybe it work differently with everybody’s body and metabolism… did not work for me. I had done a subscription because I thought for sure after all I had heard, it would be just what I needed… I have cancelled my subscription and will be trying what my trainer has recommended… hopefully it will work…

Really like the favor - Raspberry; put on packet in 23.7 oz of water and it was perfect. Not at all salty. Look forward to trying other flavors.

I bought these to help stay hydrated. The raspberry is my favorite. I also think they help with constipation and bloating. I don’t recommend the cotton candy flavor as it tastes a bit off or watered down.

Im sorry! I would not go with this flavor. It doesn't taste like cotton candy. It is sweet but just not there.
