support both my gut health and overall well-being throughout pregnancy.
These prenatal probiotics have been a great addition to my routine during pregnancy. With 10 billion CFUs and 15 strains of live bacteria, I feel confident in the digestive and immune support they provide for both me and my baby. The inclusion of folate is a huge bonus, and knowing the strains like B. longum and L. rhamnosus are carefully selected to survive stomach acid gives me peace of mind. What stands out most is the convenience—just one capsule a day provides all the benefits without any hassle. It’s hypoallergenic and free from gluten, dairy, and soy, which is essential for my sensitive system. Plus, no need to refrigerate, which is super convenient for travel or storage.Overall, this supplement is a reliable, gentle, and effective way to support both my gut health and overall well-being throughout pregnancy.

A bit too pricy for only a 30 day supply.
My newly pregnant daughter in law has recently been taking these Garden of Life microbiome once daily pregnancy supplements, and while there are some positives, I can't help but feel a bit sceptical about their overall value. The product boasts 10 billion CFU and 15 strains of live bacteria, which sounds impressive. However, the benefits of these specific strains for pregnancy aren't entirely clear to me.Like what do they actually do to help along the pregnancy? 'Support immune system' Do they have data/evidence to support that claim? I certainly didn't see any in the blurb. One thing that stands out is the price. At almost £1.00 per capsule, it's quite a high cost for a 30-day supply. This makes me wonder if there are more affordable alternatives that offer similar benefits. The fact that it's gluten-free, dairy-free, soya-free, and vegan is a plus, but I'm not sure if that justifies the steep price tag.On the positive side, she says the capsules are easy to swallow and don't have an unpleasant aftertaste, and they also seem to be gentle on her stomach, which is important during pregnancy. However, I'm still on the fence about whether the high cost is worth it for the potential benefits.Overall, while these capsules have some potentially good qualities, the price makes me hesitant to fully recommend it without exploring other options first.

Easy to swallow
The Garden of Life Microbiome Once Daily Pregnancy Supplements arrived as described and looks just like the photos advertised.I got this to take whilst I was pregnant as I've read of the many benefits. It came with full instructions on how to take, how to store and the ingredients is clearly printed on the package for convenience. This is a 30-day supply so the tub it quite small which I expected. The quality seems good, The Garden of Life gets a fantastic name for quality. It's been a couple of days since I finished these supplements and for me I've noticed an improvement in my gut and skin health. I also didn't experience any negative effects from taking this just positive.I would recommend!

Ok
Price point seems pretty steep considering that this is only 30 day supply. As for how effective it is, hard to say as I didn't feel any benefits at all. This did not cause any adverse reactions either. Leaves no after taste. Easy to use. Good ingredients.

Helpful support but could be better value
Supporting gut health during pregnancy can be a challenge, but these capsules seem to work quite well. They combine 15 strains providing 10 billion CFUs and include folate, which offers valuable support for both maternal and baby health. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which is particularly helpful when dealing with morning sickness or the daily demands of parenting.Over time, my wife noticed improvements in digestion, which is especially essential during the hormonal ups and downs of pregnancy. That said, with only 30 capsules in a pot, restocking regularly can become somewhat costly. Additionally, the tub design could be improved, as it feels a bit awkward to use, a smoother design would better justify the price.Although there are minor issues, the carefully considered formulation and noticeable benefits make this an effective choice for enhancing comfort during this time.

Easy to take
My wife has been taking these throughout her pregnancy. She finds them easy to swallow and they don't leave any aftertaste, which is a big plus. She's also been pleased with the results so far. She feels more energetic and her digestion has improved. Overall, she's happy with these supplements and would recommend them to other pregnant women.
