This belt is great for first time buyers (this is my first belt and I've been going to the gym for 4 months now). The flip lock mechanism is study, has a wide range of adjustability and locks fairly well. The belt is built well and holds sturdy during lifts. My deadlift PR went from 130kg to 140kg during my first use of this belt. It's a great investment for novice-intermediate people who go to the gym.

Okay so, I have used these belts for nearly two years now. Recent I have brought a new Xl due to gaining weight and training. The belt them self's are amasing and provide great support during heavy lifts and carry events. The only issue you'll face is the belt buckle it's self as they break rather easy if you're not careful. But a replacement buckle is pretty cheap to get. All in all 5 stars for the belt it's self as they are some of the comfiest belts I have owned over the years and again provide great support during lifts.

Does what it says, great price and great belt, sometimes it doesn’t clip well but just adjust it to your exact size

Got this to replace a belt that cost 4 times the price.Overall - pretty happy with it. Leather is bounded so not as durable or sturdy as a more expensive belt but that being said this thing, for the price, is blood good.The weak point I found has been the quality of the buckle - mine is loose, flops around and the pin holding it together has come out (had to hammer it back in).Overall I have gotten nearly 12 months use out of it and will easily get another 12 months. Overall would recommend.

Very good belt. I got myself pink one as my first belt for deadlifts and it really works well. Since i dont lift more than 120kg my lock seems solid too.Easy to adjust you just need screw driver.Definitely recommend if you beginner and dont really want to spend fortune. Solid belt good price :)

I brought this belt and it felt heavy and robust, but it was far from that.During a heavy squat session the belt buckle broke when I was in deep squat and left me struggling to get up. Luckily I was badly injured, apart from a strained back.I'd strongly recommend not buying this and doing some research before buying.Unfortunately this has been my first bad review of a product I've had to write, but I felt that it would be necessary as it has it could cause real injury.

Increased my dead lift by 50kg for pr and it looks good when o pretend I squat

Good quality belt although the lever broke after just under a year of use. Worth it as a cheap option of belt and then buy a higher quality replacement lever or don’t drop it when taking it off

It’s an amazing product..you can buy it blindly. I enjoy heavy weight lifting and this one is just perfect…!!! I wish I would have got such a belt earlier

Spessore notevole, consente un ottimo supporto lombare durante l'allenamento. Facilmente regolabile grazie alle viti del gancio di chiusura.La uso spesso quando devo alzare carichi pesanti, mi permette di mantenere la schiena nella maniera corretta, evitando dolori e affaticamenti lombari.Davvero ottima qualità, ne ho guardate tante prima di acquistarla, e a distanza di anni è ancora perfetta!

Ich war erst etwas skeptisch ob ich für den Preis zufrieden sein werde. Da es mein erster Gürtel ist wollte ich nicht direkt einen Teuren kaufen. Jedoch wurde ich nicht enttäuscht und bin sehr überrascht gewesen von der Qualität.Kann die Marke und den Gürtel also nur empfehlen, auch die Verpackung war sehr gut!
