I got this green tea capsules with green coffee beans and apple cider vinegar to help with energy and weight loss. So far they have a very high quality ingredient, great value for the price, easy to use, easy to swallow, more energy, clearer thinking, antioxidants, I have noticed since I've been taking it for a couple weeks but I do sleep better at night, my mind doesn't race as much. I really like that you only have to take one capsule a day. And another thing I really enjoy is it does not give me the jitters like I feel like I'm high on caffeine. I like the effectiveness of the energy, clear thinking and all around better feeling. I will definitely be buying these again.

These must work as I have lost some weight & Im having hot flashes again.

Better sustaining energy than an energy drink. Gives you about 8 hours consistent energy. Have noticed a headache if I don’t drink Enough water but to be expected. Forget to eat when I’m on it. Haven’t lost any weight but I was just looking for energy not weight loss. Does give a bit of reflux unless you eat with it, I’d recommend peanut butter toast or yogurt or boiled egg with it in the morning. TMI but it’ll give you pepper poops. Pill is about the same size as a one a day.

I don’t know if it has helped me because I’m always tired. I do notice it stops me from snacking late. I have lost 3 pounds so far. I’m going to give this a try and see what happens.

Excellent way to get a strong dosage of EGCG without adding anymore caffeine into your system ! My Doctor has me on a daily Intermittent Fasting regimen and recommends between 2 to 4 cups of black coffee - or with just a splash of cream ( NO sugars! ) Anyways when I was researching green tea benefits ( Which my Doctor never mentioned) It turns out that the EGCG actually lengthens the time that the caffeine and other coffee compounds raise your metabolism! Take it in the morning with your coffee. Most folks only need one. I am a big guy so I take two a day, but usually not together at once.
