Soft door closure
The soft door closers are hit and miss. Several of them don’t work. For cabinet doors only. Large doors will need to install 2 per doorEasy to install, good price

Soft close cabinet door damper
I ordered (1) set of (5), installed them on my cabinets. The next morning I noticed (1) of them had the plunger stuck in, which caused the door to slam. I removed it and installed it again, it worked as it should, the next morning the plunger was stuck again. I was approved for a return and asked for a replacement of the same item. The product came the next day, I installed all (5) units, they worked as they should. The next morning (4) of the (5) had the plungers stuck in. I returned them and asked for my money back. Don't waste your time with this items, the price is good but they don't work, buy the blum.

Good Silent Cabinet Door Closers
These really work great for silently closing cabinet doors but a few require an adjustment more than once. Easy to install.

They work
Amazing "after market" product. If you are getting new cabinets, I would recommend built in soft close. However if you have existing cabinets without soft close, but fairly modern hinges then these are great. The hinges you have need to be the kind that pull the door shut over the last few inches of close. I have purchased these twice in the last 15 years and only one (out of about 50) has failed. They are adjustable, but I have only had to adjust a few. Easy to install. MUCH easier if you pre drill the screw holes.

Very fragile and ineffective
Do not work well. The screws provided are extremely soft and strip out VERY easily. These MIGHT work if you use different screws and double up on each door. Definitely not worth your time in my experience.

From Slamming to Soft
Ease of installation:Install is pretty easy. Highly recommend pre-drilling holes to make it easier. Can be a little awkward positioning but still consider it an easy install.Soft close:None of my cabinets were soft close and this really helped with the slamming. You may have to adjust indoors close all the way but definitely an improvement.

Did not dampen well
The price and quality is good but the unit did not dampen well and it left the cabinet door ajar. We had to use another.
