Love these! Struggle to take creatine every day when it's powder form but these are so easy, and feels like a little sweat treat as well

Cons: - If you use this you will have to restock very every 2-3 weeks. Which isnt really a good thing ofc - They stick together in chunks and are melted into each other. - They leave a bad residue on the hands that doesn't go away. - The taste isn't the best - You have to eat 4 pieces for 3 grams of creatine, which makes the process way more tedious. Pros: - convenient - Even if you eat 12 pieces they feel very light on the stomach

The new shape and taste is awful
What happened? I used to like the round-shaped gummies but the last pack arrived with a weird shaped gummies and they taste awful! I will be returning them. Super disappointed ☹️
