Amazing
I have been using this for a week and im now up to 25 minutes, easing myself up to the recommended 30. Ive used it every other day and i have lost 2 lb! I pop headphones in and watch some tellie in my phone whilst using it. It took quite a few attempts to get the movement right so dont give up after 10 minutes like i nearly did.The only negative i have about this product is the noise. I have been kicked out into the garage because no one else can get any peace whilst i use it and if i try to use it later in the evening or earlier in the morning when they're in bed instead i wake them all up. That being said i would definitely recommend this! Its low impact (perfect for me and my dodgy back that cant do up and down motion like running or jumping) but gets your heart pumping and the sweatband really does its job and protects your skin.

Good product!
Light around the waist and hips, easy to assemble, BUT it is very loud when I use it! My cats hate it. I have to wear headphones when I’m exercising.

Ideal for loosing weight
Been using this for a while now and it's going well and taking links off which is brilliant - was easy to assemble. Great for weight loss 😁

Very Poor!
Absolutely shocking 😲 Not plus size ,am a 18 and can not get past hips.Poor quality too.Came in a tiny light box..I knew with the weight of it that it would be rubbish!

Does exactly what it says, easy to adjust as the waist shrinks lol 🤞, I carry a lot of tummy weight and I'm a size 18, fits and moves easily. Hoping to move onto a weighted hula as I progress.
