An absolute bargain, top quality for a great price
Love it, was needing new rod as broke old 2lb for local tackle shop showed me daiwa black widow and this is on par with that and other naked n expensive rods, build quality excellent top section fits over middle section for stronger more secure hold, reel seat brilliant quality love the but section end and feeling for in my hand set up with reel on feels well balanced , guide rings good size and top quality love the top rings with two point fitting instead of three, every thing screams top quality even finish on rod all three boys want one for Xmas so will be ordering three more and will definitely get another one when n if this one goes but if this for is as good as it looks it won't be for a long time, will be going fishing later so will update review with how it works.

The rod is superb. The baq looks like a rat gnawed on it
Love this rod. Its all you could want from a medium (par Avon) fishing rod. It will certainly handle fish (even to double figures) without too much drama. Not to keen on the huge gap between the reel and the the but grip but its a good rod for most common fishing scenarios.. The bag it was supplied in OTOH is another matter altogether.

Excellent lightweight well balanced carp rod, ideal for lake and fisheries. Purchased from Quay Sports with no problems, delivered promptly with no damage. Overall this is an excellent rod for the price and should give years of good service.

Haven't used the rod yet but I lightly pulled the strings on the casing of the rod and the strings have snapped.
