These are the best collars I’ve ever had. I had them on vibrate for while I work because I live in an apartment building and my dogs tend to bark while I was working because they have separation anxiety. And once one begins to bark the other will bark, and they will carry on for a while. These collars have saved my life and the sanity of my neighbors. The battery life is amazing. They last like 14 days sometimes more. I’ve never needed to use the Shock. They’re a great size I like that they beep when they vibrate so I know that they’re working. And they’re very easy to set and turn on. They are also waterproof for swimmers!

They suck. Other dogs barking set them off

We never use the shock. Only beep and vibration. But it works so well with our dogs. Soon as I mention the collar they stop their barking. After one beep they are quiet. Finding we use the collars less and less now.

Worked at first with the beep and vibration settings only. But my dogs immediately stopped paying attention to that. I tried the shock feature numerous times but it wouldn’t do all 3 features even when the settings had all 3 turned on together. I finally got the shock setting to work after about six trials. We tightened the collars and did everything the manual said and what we researched. They continue to bark all the time at everything and it doesn’t phase them. They do make gestures that the shock is happening and they feel it so I know it’s on. I just took them off to charge and noticed large clumps of hair and crusty skin and nastiness on the prongs and discovered they have burned my dogs necks BOTH. One is a chihuahua mix and one is a corgi with thick thick neck fur and it still burned both of them or at the very least has left pressure sores. But if the collar isn’t tight and making contact the shock won’t work. I take their collars off daily as well so they aren’t in them 24/7. They are off for several hours per day. I can’t even send them back now bc my return window closed. I am not happy with this purchase.

I have two dogs that feed off of each other when it comes to barking. We are on a acreage so it could just be a squirrel or a deer, but we want to know if it a human or a cougar or a bear! My lab is good with just the beep setting and it keeps him quiet. Most times I don't even have to turn it on once he realized it made a noise he didn't like. Our other other chihuahua-cattle dog mix needs the vibrate because he is a little more reactive but once the collar is on he is quiet. Just needs a reminder once in awhile. We have gotten to the point where all I have to say is: "Would you like to wear your collar?" and they both zip up. Collars rarely come out now, and dogs bark when its important. Just the odd reminder here and there. I don't need the shock part. For me they would be just as good without it.
