I am returning these.I really wanted to like these, I especially liked that the charging case doubles as a backup battery for your phone - excellent concept, hence the 2 stars instead of 1.The issues for me are connectivity and storage convenience of the ear hooks, or lack thereof! I set them up easily and played them for a bit inside and everything was fine, fit, sound, pairing, comfort. The next morning I stepped outside with them on for a run and I couldn't get 60 continuous seconds of music without holding my phone within a few inches of my head, a little awkward while trying to run. It continued like that for the duration. When I was finished and came inside it worked fine, it's like they need the walls to contain the signal or something, or maybe it's more stable with wifi vs data (I'm not technical so I am not sure, just my guesses). So, in an attempt to not have to return them and, after they were continuously working fine in the house I went back outside and walked around the block - no good, connection choppy again.Also, having to remove the earhooks to charge them and then ensuring you keep track of them is an inconvenience, there's nowhere to store the detached earhooks. Additionally inconvenient if you are using them during travel.The only way to know if the buds are charging is through the lid, a very faint red light is visible, it would have been better if the lid was a little more transparent.

I am returning those earbuds because the right earbud kept going on and off. I really wanted to like them, felt good in my ears but the right earbud going on and off was driving my crazy. Also did not like having to take off the ear hooks to charge. I ended up buying a much.To reiterate I liked the feel of my headphones over ears. I ended up buyind a much more expensive set.If they would have kept them from going off, I really have I would have loved them

These things were awful. The sound quality was super poor, volume very low, overall crap sound quality. They gave me fits trying to connect to the Bluetooth on my iPhone. I had them for a day and returned them immediately. I would recommend that no one ever in life buy these crappy headphones. Don't waste your time. There must be a million better options than these things.

Ok. First the bad news. I had to return the initial set because they wouldn't pair properly and the sound out of one of the buds was really bad. The second set came within a couple of days and they paired and sounded great! The factory seal on the box was broken on both sets, which leads me to believe these are refurbished and not new.I purchased these because I had never warn true wireless earbuds and the fact that these had detachable ear hooks is what sold me. I figured worst case, I could try them with and without the hooks and decide which style I like better when looking for higher end buds. I also liked the fact that the case is also a juice pack for charging my phone. It wasn't a real selling point for me as I already have a couple but it certainly added to the value. One negative about the case is that there is no place to put the ear hooks whether they are attached to the buds or not.The sound quality is surprisingly good and the buds and ear hooks appear well built. The charge case seems a bit cheap. The plastic slide cover can snap off and needs to be nudged back into place occasionally. I have been wearing the buds without the hooks and they fit really well and sound great. I really haven't played with the control buttons other than to turn them on and off. A knock against true wireless buds in general is that if you need to take one out in order to hear someone talking you just have to hold it. I miss being able to just let it hang by the cord until I'm ready to put it back in but I guess that's just the wave of the future.Bottom line, if you are looking to get your first pair of true wireless earbuds, these are a great value if you aren't ready to take the plunge on Bose, Plantronix or Beats.

I don't wear earbuds much. I have big ears but small ear holes. they always fall out. Even with the smaller little things they included to trade out the bigger ones. I have to get the kind that hangs on my ear. They still fell out while exercising... going down to the floor in rapid succession but I kind of expect that. I bought these for my trip across the ocean. They lasted almost the whole way. I'm not disappointed but I'm not an earbud snob either. I've only used them twice since while working out because I just like to listen to music out loud. So they serve their purpose for me quite nicely. At this price point, they are fine.

First thing first after opening from box once recieved I immediately charged until completely full. I turned each headphone on and tried to see if only one can work at a time (main reason I bought them, for single or double usage) everywhere I read says you can use the "right" ear phone while the left is turned off. Mine was the complete opposite. Every time I turn off my left they both turn off. I've only had this product for less than 30 days and I am already not able to charge earpods anymore. The case charges and changes from blue to red but the headphones? Still Dead....Dont waste time or money on this.Fyi: I vote that amazon should be held accountable for faulty third party products. Atleast test 1 of each product before you blast the market with them maybe?

I'm still trying to feel these out. Problems with understanding how to charge, just plug and charge not working. No helpful instructions . With phone calls there is some cracking sounds. Will probably return these.

Great look and fit with ear hooks. Wish the case had a place to store the ear hooks. Also battery dies within 2-3 hours.
