This supplement helped me raise my iron to a normal level. Easy to take...I take one every other day. I like that is has vitamin C in it too.

I dont really know how I feel about these. I've tried taking them and I feel like they're a little overbearing for me but my boyfriend takes them with no issue( bc he's anemic) so I would say if you're anemic these would be perfect but if you're just want to increase iron levels to stay health maybe not the right supp for you! I do love the fact that it's Iron + Vitamin C because Iron and Vitamin C goes hand and hand for full absorption.

So for these are easy to take, no smell or weird taste. I have not noticed any side effects when taking these. I love that it’s made with good ingredients.
