I purchased this product with the aim of using it as wireless telephone buds in the office instead of something connected to my phone that I invariably forget when I move too far from the desk!The description indicates the method of connection is Bluetooth 5.0 and the listing of the devices they will work with we’re fine. Sadly, it was not the case. I work in R&D, particularly in the area of communication devices using Bluetooth. Therefore, I expect to be able to get something as simple as a pair of Bluetooth Buds working with my phone. Blutooth 5.0 is a great uplift compared to the older but very good for 4.0. I know from experience with using some of the devices I work with Bluetooth 5.0 increases quality, range and signal just to name a few areas where it’s better than BT 4.2! When I put them on my own testing machine, the buds were on Bluetooth 2.0, not 5.0. This explained why people couldn’t hear me very well on the first three phone calls, the calls that made me do a check. Overall the issue I had was poor quality audio, poor performance when using them as wireless telephone buds and the need to recharge after just under three hours.I suppose the previous reviewers didn’t notice the issues I found as they were just using them for the Gym. If that’s all you are using these for, I will assume they will work just as good as other products on Amazon.

These little buds fit sweetly in the ears. Different sized buds help them to stay in. They are very comfy, to the point you can forget they are there.Sometimes when using them at the gym they do slide out of the prime spot for the best sound when you sweat.The bass is good, whick as a bassist is an important factor, and the rest of the sound is good too.The battery lasts well too. The case offers a quick charging time. I've only had them run out of power once when I used them as a hands free kit for my phone as well as for music. Even then, I'd got a long period of use from them. The mic and audio for phone calls was better than most Bluetooth hands free kits on the market.My only fault is that I'd like them to be a little louder at times, but that could be down to the device playing the music.

UPDATE AFTER 6 MONTHS: They don't charge any more. I 'charged' them a few days ago and was surprised when they went flat after 20 minutes this morning. They have been plugged in to charge on my desk for 6 hours now. No white lights. The case should be charged but it isn't. The lights for the buds are flickering, possibly indicating poor contacts? I can't see any problem, but they are not charging at all now. Disappointed...These are terrific. I was using a pair of KS Ribbons bluetooth headphones before I bought these instead. I found the dongle on the cable hanging from one earbud was a huge annoyance, defeating the purpose of having bluetooth. So I looked around on Amazon and saw these were well reviewed. Here's another five star review. I love them. So comfortable! The default earbuds and 'rings' attached to each earpiece are a perfect fit for me. They are very secure in my ears and it would take a lot to shake them loose. I am no audiophile so I found the sound quality just fine. Your results may vary. The best bit is the case. It's a charger! I'm not sure I realised that before buying them, but it's a brilliant idea. I am totally satisfied with these. Two people at work asked about them the first day I produced them too, and they went away looking thoughtful and keen to purchase!

Extremely handy to use when moving (train, underground, bus) but also for running, indeed the earpods never fall off from the ears. I love the battery life, it's actually as it's stated in the description. Unfortunately, the microphone and the noise reduction are not working very well, and usually I prefer to answer the calls with the phone speaker. Also the sound quality is good but not excellent (that is normal for the price, I guess), and especially if you are listening to classical music, you will hear some noise.Overall good product, maybe a little too expensive for the quality.

Update: The company contacted and sent me a new item free of charge as they believed the item I originally received must have been faulty. This was indeed the case and the replacement ear buds work flawlessly. I must commend the company for their professionalism and commitment to their customers and have updated my review to 5stars and would now highly recommend them. I will definitely be using this brand in future. You don't often get companies these days who actually care. Well done LiteXim.I really wanted to like these: they're well made and comfortable in the ear. They competently do everything as described in the product information except for the fatal flaw, which is the loud snake hiss that is ever present making it difficult to hear anything and impossible when listening at lower volume levels. On this basis it fails to deliver the fundamental purpose of the ear buds so I cannot give more than 1 star. I have also tried a pair from a different supplier with the same result so believe it to be a major design fault and cannot recommend them to anyone unless you don't mind the snake hiss.

Very comfy and fit. Good sound and loudness but nothing amazing. Something like taotronics or Anker wireless headphones on 85% of volume. Bass is niece and deep for the price, noise cancelling just alright, battery about 3.5 hrs on max volume plus few more charges in the case. Connection and range(15mtr) perfect. At this moment I switched for this pair of headphone for every day use. I am happy for the price £39
