Definitely worth the money, but with one small caveat
Definitely worth the money, but with one small caveat: If you're 6'1" or taller, you're gonna feel that the machine is just a bit too small, but it's still managable. For example you can use less of the chain length to make the lat pulldown a better height. Since this also helps keep the whole unit very compact, I'm not going to deduct any stars on this point. Other than that, it's definitely one of the best home gym systems you can get for the price. It has enough functions that you can hit every muscle group. It's easy to use, sturdy, and it's super compact. There weren't any pieces missing, and it was packed very well. There were several pieces of thick cardboard protective corners and hard MDF boards protecting pieces in the box, along with a frankly excessive amount of bubble wrap on everything. Parts wrapped in bubble wrap were labeled with stickers put on the bubble wrap itself instead of the actual piece inside, which I didn't notice until I had already unwrapped a bunch of parts. The big pieces are all easily identifiable so it wasn't a big deal. It also keeps you from having to remove a hundred stickers from the assembled product, so that's nice. Unless you assemble equipment like this on a daily basis, you can expect to spend around 4 to 5 hours putting this together. On the seat there was an exposed staple tip that I didn't notice until it slashed my leg while getting into the seat, so watch out for any of those and bend them down flat. But I've been a cat owner for over 40 years so I'm no stranger to random scratches. And being a cat owner, I appreciate that the backrest and seat are easily removable. And I store the seats in the closet when they're not in use so my cats don't destroy them like they have with every other non-removable bench cushion I've owned. Also apparently I'm blind as a bat because I didn't notice they have a version with a Power Tower option. I definitely would have gotten that version instead. All the mounting holes for it seem to also be on the normal version, so it would be great if Mikolo sold the Power Tower as a standalone addon for people who already have the regular version and want to upgrade.

Excellent Product and Outstanding Customer Service
This workout station is an excellent product and truly exceeded my expectations. The quality is great, very solid and well built, and it meets all my training needs perfectly. It allows me to do a full-body workout at home, which is extremely convenient and practical. The assembly process was easier than I expected. The instructions were clear, and with some time and patience, everything fit together well. It’s a great piece of equipment to have at home, especially for anyone who wants to stay consistent with strength training without going to the gym. I did have an issue with the delivery due to FedEx, but I want to highlight how professional and helpful the seller was. They responded quickly, assisted me throughout the process, and resolved the problem promptly. Their customer service was excellent and made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, this was the best choice I could have made. The product is great, very functional, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend both the equipment and the seller.

Good quality system
This is a great Home Gym system, solid and well built. It offers the whole range of workouts that I wanted. The price was good. I am an older woman and I assembled it by myself. It was like solving a puzzle because the instructions had no written step thu's, just images of the parts and images of how they go together. I had an issue with a burr in the vertical mast screw hole of the system, and the customer responce was excellent. They shipped out the entire box of parts with the mast in it very quickly. That worked out well because one of the panels that covers the weights was badly warped. So, I was able to finish the assembly with the second box of parts. I highly recommend you check all the parts as soon as you get the boxes, and make sure they all look and work as they should. They are right, its a good idea to group the parts with the steps in the instruction booklet. You should also use masking tape and a sharpie and remove the bubble wrap, and label the part itself. I went very slowly to make sure I didnt forget anything so it took around a week for me. I would recommend this product overall. ps. (I would assemble the stabilizer feet in the first step, it makes assembly so much easier!)

Better than expected. Great product.
Excellent equipment. Instructions aren't the best, but with a little knowledge and experience of putting things together it's not hard to figure out. Just take your time so you don't miss a step. Everything works great. The equipment is well constructed, very sturdy and the size is just right for a small 9x11 room. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Great Weight Machine - Greater Customer Service
I want to start this review of the Mikolo 2025 ProStation with the exceptional customer service I received from the seller. - My first interaction with Customer Service happened around the scheduled delivery day. I received two boxes a couple of days early, but not all pieces were there for assembly. I waited until after the scheduled delivery, hoping the other two boxes would arrive. When they didn’t, I contacted the seller through Amazon. Within hours, the seller responded, providing exact details on the missing boxes, including tracking numbers and expected arrival day. Their information was spot on, and the boxes arrived as promised. - My second interaction with Customer Service was after assembly. One of the weight cover panels was dented during transit, and while it didn’t affect functionality, it did affect the machine's appearance. I contacted the Seller, explained the situation, and received a prompt response with apologies and several options to rectify the issue. The Seller not only replaced the dented piece but did so quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond. Now for the actual Mikolo ProStation. - Assembly took about five hours, spread over two days. I relied solely on the instruction booklet, which was well-written with clear pictures. While the included tools were sufficient, I used my own socket set for efficiency and to ensure everything was tight. After receiving all the boxes (4), there were no missing parts/no extra parts. - The unit’s construction is very sturdy, with no concerns about wobbling or weakness. The pulley system might be slightly stiff initially, but I expect it to loosen with use. This machine offers numerous exercises as advertised and includes all necessary accessories. I did purchase an additional free-weight pin to add Olympic free weights. - I've had the unit for about two weeks, using it four times a week. It exceeds my expectations in versatility and perfectly fits my family’s needs. Finally, another shout-out on the Customer Service (Mikolo Irene and Mikolo Iris). They were quick to respond, easy to work with, and truly care about the customer and product...they are ROCK Stars. I highly recommend this unit not just for its quality but for the outstanding customer service.

Perfect for Beginners—A Complete Home Gym That Grows With You
As someone completely new to strength training, I couldn’t be happier with the Mikolo Home Gym. This machine made starting my fitness journey so much easier and less intimidating. The instructions were clear enough for a beginner to follow, and once assembled, the setup felt sturdy and safe to use. I appreciate how this equipment allows me to work every major muscle group in one compact unit. The weight stack is more than enough for a beginner, and the wide range of exercises (chest press, lat pull-downs, leg extensions, etc.) helps keep workouts varied and effective. What really stands out is how smooth and quiet the pulleys are. I can work out early in the morning without waking up the household. Plus, the footprint is very reasonable—I fit it neatly into a spare room. If you’re new to working out and want a convenient, all-in-one solution at home, this Mikolo Home Gym is an excellent investment. It gives you the tools to build strength, confidence, and consistency at your own pace.

Great value, but there are limitations
I have never used another home gym, so I have no reference point as to how this compares to other home gyms. I did a fair amount of research before purchasing and some of the issues that I described below seem like they would be common to other home gyms as well. The Mikolo offers a lot of value for the money and has certainly been a great addition for me. Assembly: I would guess that it took me 8 hours to put together by myself working at a leisurely pace and spreading the work over a few days. The instructions are very clear and the parts are laid out extremely well. There is a lot going on in the assembly and I thought they did a great job of walking through it. Weights: The first plate is 10 pounds. Each of the 12 plates after that is 12 pounds. That gives the machine a total weight of 154 pounds. The leg press is the only exercise where I don’t feel I have room to grow with the machine, which I describe in more detail later on. Pulley Placements: I will admit that I didn’t fully appreciate that three pulleys are used in the majority of exercises. Low Pulley – Sits about 7 inches or so off the ground. This works great. I left an extra 4 feet in front of the machine and I pretty much use all of that space on some exercises. So give that extra space some thought when you are thinking about where you’d put the machine. Medium Pulley – This sits around 4’4” off the ground, I’m 5’10” and this ends up being chest height for me, which is perfect. Two downsides I’ve seen here. The range of motion on the middle pulley is limited for some exercises, so you can’t properly complete the motion without slamming the weights into the top of the machine. Another downside, positioning yourself around the leg extension equipment isn’t always easy to do. High Pulley – This sits around 6 feet high which is fine for me. Again, the limited range of motion causes issues on some exercises as I can’t pull down as low as I’d like without slamming the weights into the top of the machine. Included Detachable Accessories / Equipment: Lat Bar, Straight Bar, Rope, Two D-Handles, 6 link chain, 12 link chain, ankle attachment – I thought these were all fine and I continue to use them Preacher Curl Pad – it takes up space and I only use it for one exercise, but it works well Leg Press – Well constructed. However, as I beginner, I could max out the weights using both legs I’ve only had the unit for about two months, and I’m fairly close to being able to max out the leg press even when using only one leg. So if the leg press is a major feature you are looking for, I would be concerned that you would max it out quickly. Other Equipment: Leg Extension: Overall, this works well. I wish I could bring my legs a little closer to parallel with the floor, but I get that the limit may be a safety feature. Seated Chest Press: This works well for me. You have to get used to gripping it in a certain way so that you don’t start activating the fly. Seated Chest Fly: I feel a decent amount of tension on the shoulders at the start of the exercise and I also don’t get a great press at the end of the exercise. But I say this comparing this to my prior experiences using dedicated commercial grade machines at the gym. My guess is that this would stack up just fine to other home gyms. Separately Purchased Equipment that I would recommend: Rowing Double-D Handle Longer Straight Bar Weight Stack Pin, 2.5 lb., 5 lb., and 10 lb. barbell plates – this is how I micro-load weights between the 12-pound plate increments. I left some space behind the machine to manage the process. I did not purchase the Power Tower with my unit. I bought a Power Tower separately which was cheaper and also appears to be of higher quality. I would not post the included exercise stickers or even try to follow them. There is no true exercise guide included. I think you would be much better served developing your own program. YouTube videos went a long way for me. And a last thought, we aren’t dealing with dedicated commercial grade equipment. A lot of the time between exercises is spent changing attachments and adjusting weights. That wasn’t a surprise to me, but it is a frustration point for others in my household.
