A real cement. Heals and covers better than anything I have tried. I use it for healing the skin - small cuts or worn skin.

great for overnight sleeping, too harsh on the skin to use more than that. but def best used with overnight diapers its perfect, block any kind of moisture from the skin. dont try to wash it off, its oil based so you need oil to take it off - use vaseline on the area you want to remove it and then wipe, with a baby wipe - comes right off and no harming the skin!

Product was delivered in good condition. This works great for my baby's rash.

I was running out of my tiny tube of Desitin so ordered some. Really didn't need 2 ounces. My fault for not checking the amounts. Desitin is one if those must-have medicine cabinet supplies. It does what it's supposed to do, does it fast, and does it well. Great stuff!

One tube should be in every family first-aid kit. The odor is not the best but then it has never been. It does a superb job on certain kinds of rashes and helps heal quickly.

My baby had serious rashes and she used to cry every time peeing. After a very long research I ordered Desitin and used with an afraid heart. But no one believes that only one application at night and next day morning rashes were almost vanished. After 2 more applications there is no need so far. As a new mom I was really afraid at first but now recommending everyone I know for this product.
