Good quality Kava Kava. Did help me relax. Flavor is also very good!

Highly recommend. Worked well for me. I feel really calm and peaceful for around and hour after drinking this mix in water & mouth is numb for a little bit as well. It worked!

It's pretty good. Very sweet but you can mitigate that by just adding more water - make sure to mix in the full 16 ounces. I probably go to 20 oz. The kava isn't too strong but it does give a nice little buzz. It definitely calms me down before bedtime, which was what I wanted. Overall, a good purchase.

I love that these kava packs are sugar free and gluten free. I sometimes have a fast heart rate at night after drinking during the day which interrupts my sleep. One pack after I sober calms my heart and gives me a great night of sleep.I am not someone who feels any kind of buzz or euphoria from kava but the calming effect is life changing. I didn't think it was doing anything at first so I tried two in one day. I still didn't feel anything until about the 5th time I'd tried it. I can't go back.I only wish they offered other flavors because this one tastes super sweet.

I don’t particularly care for sleep, but apparently your body needs it. It’s annoying. My problem, besides having to endure sleep, is actually being able to fall asleep. Most nights it takes me at least an hour of lying in bed before I’m able to get into sleep mode. This stuff stopped that on night one! I’m falling asleep faster and sleeping more soundly. It’s quite amazing. The taste is so-so. It’s not horrible but not great either. That being said, it could taste like dumpster water and I’d drink it anyway because of how well it’s working for me.

I wanted to love this! This tastes like the dyed writing on the top of a birthday cake - pure chemicals. :(.

I have been an avid kava drinker for well over a year now. I've always kind of avoided instants in a pack like this, but decided to give this a try. For one, I really didn't get the tongue numbness, which is a sure sign that the kava and it's effects aren't going to be very strong. The taste, all three packs I tried had a stale kind of taste to them, making it not very pleasant. I tried one pack, waited 30 minutes felt nothing. I tried a second pack, after 20 to 30 minutes, felt a slight barest hint of something. Then I did a third pack and was still only feeling a slight bare hint of anything. Seasoned kava users, you probably won't get much from this stuff.

Bought as an alcohol alternative starting recovery to help take the edge off. But the product is either weak or kava isn't what it's hyped up to be. Furthermore the price point is ridiculous considering what it's touted for any alcoholic will naturally think it's just cheaper to drink.
