After trying a handful of different ones (and my all time fav being discontinued) I stumbled across this one. By far the BEST flavored liquid I have tried. Noticed some thermogenic effects, it's not super strong, which is nice and not overwhelming. I mix with my pre-workout on gym days otherwise a cup of water works and you aren't struggling to swallow it and no bad after tastes or cringing.

When I first bought this, I wanted it for its stim-free effects since I am on a stimulant based medication. I’m not entirely sure how much this product contributes to fat burning BUT it sure does wind up the metabolism quite a bit! This product flushed me out more thoroughly than any type of laxative product ever has. Think colon cleanser on steroids 😳 Some might consider this a “negative side effect” but for me personally, I feel so much lighter for not having leftover food hanging around in my intestines! The only thing I can say that is negative for me is the intensity of the flavor of you opt to take the dose like a shot. While I don’t think it tastes bad, holy sh!t it is SOUR! Imagine it like if you scooped up the leftover sour sugar at the bottom of a bag of Sour Patch Kids and ate a whole tablespoon full 😵‍💫😖 Dilute it with a whole cold bottle of water and it’s manageable, dare I say delightful. Other than that it’s a great product, bought it 3 times now!

It suppresses my appetite! It gives me diarrhea but i lose a 3 pounds per day and take it 2 a day

Blue dye. Why? I didn’t notice it until I opened the package. Unhealthy. Carcinogenic. Inflammatory. Don’t buy this.

Eh...I guess I can say this product works but it's too sweet, has too many preservatives to have to still be refrigerated and who needs the food coloring? I bought it because the liquid L-Carnitine I usually buy was outta stock and I didn't wanna run out. But it's back so I'm ordering a few bottles so I don't run out. That one doesn't have to be refrigerated so it's easy to pack for travel, has fewer ingredients and tastes good.

This taste is great and adds to other supplements well but use of this product leads to diahrea and cramping.

I’ve taken this for a while as I’m a big believer in the benefits of L-Carnitine. It definitely is the best tasting one I’ve tried!
