IMPORTANT: Unfortunately lot of other reviewers have recently left this product a 1 star review, but this product has been mistakenly recalled! The CEO reached out to me clarifying the situation -- they did a sample run with ABH (the company under FDA recall) but it was never shipped for commercial distribution! I have read a copy of the letter to Flyby from the ABH CEO confirming that Flyby products were mistakenly added to the recall list. Aka these products are safe people!That being said, after a bit of research on an electrolyte supplement that was sugar and calorie free, this appeared to be the best product on Amazon as far as the quality at an ideal price point. Extremely easy to add to water or any beverage as it is virtually tasteless as long as you don't go overboard past the suggested amount (~10 drops/8oz). Immediate relief from leg cramps due to mild dehydration I was experiencing. Would absolutely recommend.

I can’t find my original 1-star rating to revise so I am doing a new one with 5-stars:UPDATE: ok, so the taste is awful! It reminds me of being at Daytona Beach with a huge wave crashing before me when I end up with a mouth full of salt water! The first ingredient, at least on my bottle, is SEA WATER. But....Instead of the recommended 40 drops, I put 15 per 24 oz of water with a splash of juice or true lemon (all natural). And it is actually very refreshing! It is kinda weird but the water literally tastes more refreshing and I have no other way to describe it.I have been doing Keto per my Doctor’s recommendations and I am having the sleeve surgery in two weeks. After the surgery it will be hard to keep my hydration up so I plan to use this! I have high hopes that this is and will work with any dyhdration issues.Try it! But start slow, with like 10 drops and see how much you can tolerate. Also, too much can upset your stomach and give you loose stool, so beware of that adverse “side effect.”

Great electrolyte capsules! They help with hydration and recovery, especially after workouts. I love that they have no added sugar and include essential vitamins. Definitely a staple for active days!

I've tried several electrolyte powders. This is by far the best. I actually look forward to drinking water now. The taste is reminiscent of smarties or pixie stix, so that's a nostalgia plus too!

Serving size = 1 scoop (7.1g). Did not come with a scoop. How am I supposed to know what 7g of this looks like?

I have a problem retaining hydration, so I drink about a gallon of water a day. A few times I've knocked my electrolyte balance off and had to seek medical help to get back on track. As a result, I started drinking lots of Gatorade and there's just too much sugar in those, so I sought out a sugar-free electrolyte supplement. I had experience with other "clean and clear" brands of electrolyte mix, and found the taste to be too sharp and sour, so I set off in search of a comparable product with a better flavor. Then I came upon this product. At first I thought it was too inexpensive to be real. I thought it had to be a scam, since it was clear, so I figured they were just sending out water and we were paying for it! But I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is in fact a hydration product containing the minerals advertised. There is a flavor that errs slightly toward the salty side, but there is NO sharp sour taste. It's very pleasant compared to the previous brand I tried, and I'm happy to say I've used up most of the bottle since I received it, and my opinion of it only gets better with the passage of time and the fact that I can actually stand the flavor of this! I've come to enjoy and expect the slightly salty taste, and now drinking 'normal' water tastes weird. All in all, I am satisfied with this product and would recommend it. I will be ordering it again.

I'm new to using this product, but so far I have had a positive experience. I have a tendency to get woozy when I'm doing a hard hike in full sun, and the added electrolytes are really helping me feel better. There is a light salty flavor to my water, but its not unpleasant or overpowering. I really like that there is no other added flavors. I like my water to just taste like water.What I don't enjoy about this liquid is the method of measurement. When I'm getting ready for a long hike I have to prepare two 40 oz bottles with 60 drops each, which is tedious. Plus, the drops aren't uniform so it's difficult to know if I'm using the correct amount or not. I can see the drop measurements being useful when your out in the wilderness, but at home I'd much prefer have measurement in tsp/tbs per oz so that its much faster and more accurate.
