I'm almost 19 and I read these books a good 10 years ago, they were my favourite part of my childhood. I always remembered how much I enjoyed reading them along with the Spy Dog series. I recently purchased them for my younger brother who is now 9, I think these are the ideal books to get him into reading and so far he's enjoying them. This is a win-win, I get my brother into reading and get to bond with him, as I relive a part of my own childhood. It's family-friendly, packed with lots of adventure, good laughs that leave children wanting more.

My daughter is 9 y.o. and does not want to read about princesses. She wanted something about spies and detectives. So now these books are her favorite ones. She did not like reading before but after reading Spy dog and Spy pups I can see her more often with books in her hands.
