They are not in pairs. I had to buy two for making earrings.

It is gold colored. It can resist water, yes, but if it's worn constantly it will lose some, or all, of the gold color. The other colors are baked on enamel, and resistant to water, and fading. Hope this helps!

Mostly the same, each package contains various charms, including starfish, shell, mermaid, conch, scallop, fish tail ect.
