I use these every time we are away from home, there are grooves inside that locks the plunger so it is secure, I was looking at toothbrush carriers before this and I'm glad I found these, I never use the pocket clip since mine has to be in a cooler, the fit when closed is not perfect but the latch is acceptable

It is nice to be able to be out in the public, knowing you can visit a restroom and do an injection in private.This syringe case has allowed me to pre-load a syringe and carry it with me to use when needed.

Bought the first two pack when my insurance was forcing me over to vials/syringes for my daily insulin injections.Now I use them to store extracted residual insulin from disposable pens or insulin cartridge refills.With the astronomical price of insulin, tossing any of it out is just plain stupid.In fact, since I have 4 types of insulin that I use on a regular basis, I ordered a second two pack so that I have a dedicated residual insulin syringe holder for each type, each plainly marked so that I never have to worry about getting mixed up as to what type is in which syringe.I have taken filled syringes stored in these cases through airport security with no problems whatsoever on multiple occasions.

Was very glad to have these while on vacation. They allowed me to carry my insulin while I traveled.

Hello, I have been using this for a little over a week now, i started using them for insulin needles filled with 1 unit for a friend ls cat, she wasn't comfortable filling the needles so I ordered the case to help her out, this way I can fill the needles secure them and she can travel home with them,I myself have two diabetic cats, so I wanted to prefill needles so when I got home after work they would be set and I can give the needles after my cats are, one cat is on 3 units twice a day and this one fit nicely in the case, my second cat is on 6 units twice a day, it does not fit into the case with 6 units I noticed that the syringe top had drops of insulin in it and the unit measure lowered after I got it in the case securely, so I tried again and the same thing happened. I then took a used syringe to try with just air so I would not lose anymore insulin, the same thing kept happening, the syringe just couldn't secure properly with the 6 units, I use U-100 29G syringe

Easy to use and price is right. Excellent!

What can I say it serves its purpose and I'm sure glad I have these
