Really works for joint discomfort!!
I started taking these with some skepticism, but I'm a convert! I've gone about halfway through the bottle and have a noticeable reduction in joint discomfort. I have bad knees, and being only 31, have already torn my meniscus a few times in my lifetime. The most recent tear never seemed to have healed completely and left me with weakness and stiffness, as well as crepitus. I couldn't sit for long periods without discomfort, and forget about squatting! I alternate between taking 1 and 2 pills a day with food and plenty of water. These pills are very large, but that doesn't bother me as I don't have difficulty swallowing pills. I do like that these have a higher dosage of active ingredients per pill than others, so even if they are huge, i get more bang for my buck. I will continue to use this product.

Product seems to work
One week into the process of consuming the capsules I notice a substantial reduction in stiffness and better recovery after workout.You are required to take the turmeric capsule 3 times per day, but I am using it in the morning and evening and I have notice a reduction in stiffness and nerve related issues. Taking 2 capsules per day will get you up to 30 days of use, but if you take the 3 capsules you will only get 20 days. I will do another follow up within 30 days of use to see if the solution completely correct all pain, joint, and stiffness. No known side affects, but sometime if you belch you may get the after taste of the turmeric.

I was skeptical but it did work!
I'm not a herbal/holistic/natural healer type of person - but I had a badly sprained ankle that had persistent swelling that lasted for many months. Even after the ankle itself had healed it would still swell up a bit after every run and the swelling would sometimes go down into my foot. I figured some turmeric can't hurt so I gave it a try. It took a few weeks to work but the swelling completely disappeared!About 18 months after the injury I sprained the other ankle and started taking turmeric right away. Even though this injury swelled much more than the prior injury, the swelling was almost completely gone only 3 weeks later, and I don't get any re-swelling after running.I didn't see any other benefits so will only it take as-needed to reduce swelling after injury.

Not harsh at all
Expected these to be difficult to swallow, but surprisingly they aren't. Work great, smell not too strong. I feel they are helping as they should.
