Himalayan Salt Block 12”x8”x2” and Metal Plate Holder Set, Hot BBQ Tool

We made a steak on this and it was the best I’ve ever had. I had a question about the product and received a reply within a few hours. Excellent product and superior customer service. I plan on getting another one soon.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for someone who is a BBQ master knowing he would really enjoy it. It looks great and I'm sure he will love it.

did come with instructions and when I Google them they were kinda confusing. needless to say I only got two uses out of it then it cracked. I will not buy again.

Received my order in one dayTray handle on one side was completely detached. Hope seller can replace tray only.Block itself is good.

C'est très bien le seul bémol, est-ce pour tout le monde, je ne sais pas je ne suis pas médecin mais surtout pour ceux qui font de la haute pression artérielle à utiliser avec prudence et vérifier sa pression régulièrement.

UPDATE 01/17/2019Emma reached me through SMS and we arrange the replacement of my block salt. I'm glad they made everything to turn this in to a better experience. New block is solid, no cracks and I'm glad to edit this review. Guess I had bad luck with my first one, but the company did their best to change it. So if you want to try the block salt, here is the right place to order yours. Cheers!-------------My block had a few cracks, I thought it was normal. But after use it once, following all the instructions to heat it and to let it cool down before wash it, the crack was way bigger. After a second time, there is a crack at the same place on the other side. I think it will leak grease through the block soon. Metal support is painted with some ink that burns and smell terrible. Ink cracks out after burn. Food tastes really good, though. Not happy, will try to get it exchanged. I bought two, one as a gift. I hope my friend have a better luck.

It consists of a large block of rock salt in a sturdy steel frame and is large enough to fit three or four mid-size rib-eye steaks. The block I received had some chipping on the edges and so was not the full rectangular size, but was close enough for me. It needs to preheat for an hour or so to get to temperature at which point my infrared thermometer said it got to 375F. It was hot enough to cook but not sear the meat. After cooking 10 minutes per side on the block I finished the meat directly on the grill, to good results.

Wish we coulld have gotten the thinner one in time for our wevent so we got stuck with one that was way too heavy. Not a functional item unless ur young and strong.
