Deep Frying Fun
I have used this deep fryer about 3 times since I got it this week. I put it through it's paces. The first thing I fixed was pre breaded chicken strips, they turned out perfect as well did the French fries. I checked the Temperature of the oil with a Thermometer and it was right on. Second thing I did was drain the oil out, it was so simple. Cleaning the oil tank was a breeze because there wasn't a heating tube in the way. It kind of freaked me out when I turned it on and the fan kicked in because of the induction cooking. It does take a little longer to heat up but its worth it. But to me this thing get a score of 100. I love it.

Don’t waste your money!
Over priced Chinese junk. The one I had took over two hours to heat to 350 and then couldn’t hold the heat while cooking. I bought the Al Clad for much less and works great and heats in 15mins and holds the heat.

crispest chicken wings ever
what i really like is that it is induction which keeps the heating elements out of the oil. the oil stays hotter and whoooaaaaa.. crispy wings. perfect. i had a question and support was really responsive. this is a product that is done right. easily recommend.

Takes a long time to heat up, not good for frozen wings. Works well with fries and other appetizers.Works good on fresh wings.

Huge disappointment
This thing looks amazing but that's about as far as it goes. The recovery time is so slow and temp drops over 100 degrees when you drop a basket of fries. I wanted it to be so much more I am so disappointed. And it took a day longer to get it than it was supposed to
