Humidifier was great when used last winter months... then got item out to use this month and it started making a loud whirring sound with a smell of burning. The adapter looks melted, but the noise alone from the main unit is alarming. It sounds like it’s about to blow up.This product is not safe, and no longer usable. I am massively disappointed, owned for just over a year and used for less than 6 months in winter. Absolutely disgraceful! This was not a cheap dehumidifier and I expected a safe, long lasting product- not so!

This product is "no way" whisper quiet and you either have to be partially deaf or hard of hearing if you think you can leave this dehumidifier on during the night and sleep at the same time.My purchase was on the basis of the advert stating its whisper quiet and I thought it would be a good purchase. However, due to its noise level having to send it back.

I was extremely dissapontd with this dehumidifier it broke less than 11 months after I purchased it and was only offered a refund of 50%. Won’t ever by from them again

Dehumidifier works well. Collects a good amount of water, and isn't too noisy.Easy to empty - although the rubber stopper in the tank isn't held in very well and was lost down the drain the first time I emptied it.

I have never had the need for a dehumidifier up until I had my cellar converted into a usable space. Even with the correct air ventilation built within the basement I felt the room was somewhat musty at times so I researched dehumidifiers and decided on the topelek 2ltr one. It has really surprised me how much water it collected during one day. It is quiet enough for me to sleep through but not for my wife. The basement now feels fresher and air quality feels like any above ground room in the house. Really glad I invested in this product. Quick delivery also. Thank you

Haven't got 2L out of it like some people have, but it has worked brilliantly, I can tell the difference in the basement compared to before, no more smell and the mould on the brickwork seems to be disappearing.It isn't super quite, I wouldn't be able to leave it on in the same room while trying to sleep but if it's in the corner and I am on my computer or watching TV it is hard to notice.Overall it's great and has made a big difference to the room I got it for.

Best thing ive brought to try to combat condensation and mould in this house.Within 24hrs it was nearly half full in the 2nd smallest room in the house.Rather loud but i really dont care id rather that than 20 pints of water running down the windows every day 😁Buying more for the rest of the house these are life saves

It was bought to save us buying the disposable packs of crystal as they are so messy. It does the job BUT is so very noisy! at least the packs function 24/7 without any noise.
