the printer software and networking is not available you can't connect to computer. the printer connectivity is junk that keeps getting offline every few minutes, and very slow printing. should amazon remove this product from their list. and I advice people to not buy it.

Printer is not bad, but software and connectivity are terrible
the print quality is ok, but the printer software and networking is the worst I've ever used. The software does not even start, and the printer connectivity is junk that keeps getting offline every few minutes, almost every time, I try the printer I have to restart it.

Sent me a faulty printer. Color setting never worked, despite multiple resets and quality checks.

No customer care support for Brothers printer. Buy at you own risk. No proper guidance even on website. Installation will become difficult without guidance or experience.
