Was easy to set up and adjust to different heights for me and my family to use, however after being used only a hand full of times, the bag itself keeps spinning and unthreading itself and the welds on the wall mount broke and now can’t be used. *Updated Review* Seller reached out to me and apologized for the issue and asked how they could fix my situation with a few options. I chose for them to send out a replacement item (as my whole family enjoys hitting it every time entering & exiting the garage) they agreed after exchanging my info and their invoice for my reviewing before confirming anything. A few days later I received it and had waited a while before updating this, and it’s help up so far. Very helpful and nice team/customer support, thank you guys for helping out!

Bag is junk, used it twice and it already busted! Don't waste your money

I got this to use in my limited space gym to use as a kicking target because of the ability to adjust its height and it should work well as such however I must mention I would have given it a 5star rating if not for 3 concerns. 1) the bars are a tad short by 25% of what I expected length wise 2)the bag is 25% smaller than what I expected 3) the bags method of mounting with a permanent internal bolt makes me question the life of the bag and whether it can be replaced or how can I modify it with a different bag if I can’t? But overall due to the reasonable cost I don’t find it a bad purchase and as I right this if I work the bag so much as to break it, it would be time to upgrade it anyways 😝

I couldn't get it tightened enough to keep it from needing to be adjusted after a training session. However, it's a really good training tool.

Really cheaply made. This is not a suitable replacement for an actual speed bag. Good luck getting it mounted and not having it tear out of your wall. You need to mount it directly into a wall stud. Potentially into cement or cinder block would work. I don’t see it holding up to much use no matter what it’s mounted to.
