Wonderful for restless legs. Did nothing for trouble sleeping.
I had originally gotten this for my mother who has trouble getting to sleep. It didn’t help her sleep up it helped her restless legs. So I tried it one night when my legs were really bad. I’ve tried many other things for restless legs and this stuff is amazing. Like her it doesn’t help me sleep. I have taken it in the middle of the day before but within 10 minutes I can already tell that it’s helping and by 30 minutes my legs are back to normal. No more pain or urge to move them.

Natural sleep aids
I usually use Highlands but this was a little different than what I usually use. I had my doubts but they work great.

Great night sleep.
Slept so well with this! My body gets used to it after a few days, so it doesn't work long-term, but if you're stressed out on a particular night and think you might not sleep well this might just do the trick. Works well for me.

Not effective even if yiu take four times a day!
The tablets make you dizzy but when you really need to sleep it does not work. Sleepy Tea products are more effective than these expensive pills. They won’t last long if you have to take four times a day just to feel foggy!

Helped with anxiety
I couldn't get to the doctor to get a refill on my Xanax for a few months, so I tried this, after trying Hyland's Calms, which didn't do anything for me. These did help. Not as much as Xanax does, but it did lessen my anxiety and panic attacks a good deal. I wouldn't want to depend on them, but they were good for an emergency stopgap measure.

Worked the first night and every night thereafter
Having an increasingly hard time falling asleep, I used a prescription product (impacted my cognitive function), an herbal remedy that really helped but had enough magnesium in it that had a negative impact on my colon, and remembered how effective Hyland's Restful Legs has been. Small but Amazing
These little dissolving tablets just melt in your mouth and help you drift back to sleep!Sometimes one has to get up in the middle night and often cannot go back to sleep. Butthese tiny little pills work miracles! They help you relax so you can go back to sleep!
