Don't use where you need exterior security
The problem with this latch is that all of the screw are accessible after installation. Someone could easily unscrew and remove this to gain access to whatever you're trying to secureI'm using it on the inside of my gate, so it'll sufficeBut I wouldn't recommend it if you're going to put a lock on it and attempt to secure someone because of the easy accessibility to the screws that attach it
