Stinky but good
This stuff smells bad ..... That being said it works! It works well!! It's got everything our noses hate but the plants love. The only con. Get the 5lb bag. The 1lb bag for $25 is a huge mark up. You're better off with the 5lb for $50

Makes organics and growing cannabis easy!
Be aware of the smell when you first open it; ensure you have good ventilation. Although, it’s the smell of good biology. Typically, I grow in 3.5 gallons, so the ratio mentioned on the label makes it easy to portion out the right amount to soil started. I don’t pH water or watch the soil pH. That will soon change. My biggest suggestion to someone who wants to make a hobby out of home growing, as I have, is to add an organic bloom booster when initially mixing the soil. I use Dr. Earth Bloom Girl. I put in the recommended feed. Then, a few weeks into veg or early in flower, I use the rest of the soil. I then amend the soil before week six of the flower once and soak the fertilizer for a day before using it. I saw significant improvement in how the buds stacked when adding an extra boost for the microbes in the soil. The photo shown is early week seven of flower—and it’s zkittles! The biggest drawback to this super soil is the potential for fungus gnats, though I believe that’s more of a reflection of overwatering by mistake.Overall, this soil is a deal. It’s got everything your plant needs to thrive. If you add bloom booster in the beginning, as I mentioned, and take care of your plant, the results will be amazing. I’m almost done with this phenotype, and I’m thrilled with how the process went; it was mostly hassle free!

It's true. Works great!
Looking good so far. First grow and plants look flawless!Update 7/10/2020Only a few weeks away from harvest and man this is awesome for my first grow. All I've given her is some calimagic with only water (nothing else). Works exactly as described and was very simple to use.7/25/2020Living proof that living soil works amazingly 👌!! This is my first grow ever and I gotta say I'm very impressed! These are four 3 gallon fabric pots and only used two bags of this product! Came looking fresh and smelling ripe! Only other thing I added other than water was calimagic, and flora bloom. That's it friends. Happy growing!

Don't over do it with the soil use with caution
So far so good plants are huge and have had no problems. Just add water I'll add liquid sea weed from time to time like every other watering. But from what I've seen and can tell it's worth every penny especially if your someone who stays bussy and does not have the time to make your own. I'll continue to buy auto flower soil as well as the living soil. Like I said it's worth every cent ty

Expensive
For how much it costs it’s tough to give nutrients to all your plants if growing in soil. Bigger bag is more worth the money but $50! Compared to fertilizers this stuff is too expensive. I didn’t smell it like others said. It’s a small bag and it doesn’t weigh much. Honestly may only be good enough for one plant depending on pot size. Did not speed up my growth rate on stunted plants.

Stinky but high quality
I was able to grow a beautiful plant using this soil. The only thing I added was a bit of Calcium/Magnesium starting around the 6th week of growth. It would be helpful if the seller provided more information on the best way to use this soil as is provided by Kindsoil. I would advise, for now, to read through Kindsoil's advice and follow it for this product in a similar manner. That said, having tried both, I am happy with both.
