Used to hate camping... now loving it!
My husband hates camping because he never sleeps very well. We have just been away camping for the weekend with the new sable bed and he's already asking to go camping again. He's a large guy and I'm petite and bed was very comfortable.

Surprisingly Amazing
Always hated air beds. Always ended up in the floor in the morning so purchased this with a skeptical mindset.Couldn’t have been more wrong - outstandingly. Comfy, inflated quickly and whilst it does lose a little air when pumped up firm, which scared me at first but it doesn’t lose much more than that, is still nicely inflated the next day - in fact I tried it day after day to see when it would deflate and I gave up after 2 weeks and it still being comfortable. Oh, also it was surprisingly massive - bigger than my king size bed, so works for us but may not for everyone. Deflated it packs away well but I’d heavy - clearly due to the quality of materials used. I’d certainly recommend this for anyone looking for a big guest inflatable bed. I’m simply astounded by just how good this is!

Wonderful Bed with Excelent Customer Service
I would like to explain the best way to handle and maintain this bed but make sure to contact cusomer services if you suspect something wrong with it. They are one of the best customer service I have had the pleasure to deal with. To save time, take a photo or two showing the state of the mattress (or bed) at the time there is an issue with it. For example if it deflates and you cannot find a leak (like what happened with mine), take a photo immediately after inflating it and another photo an hour or two later to help the seller compare and determine best course of action. In my case, as there was no puncture, they sent me a replacement and I happened to receive it within 48 hours and I am absolutely delighted with it.Now let us start talking about first use as the manual is poorly prepared. The important thing to note is NOT to sleep on it before 12 hours after first inflation. Also pumping time depends on the mattress size – mine is king size.1. When unpacking, take a photo of how all sides have been folded as this would be the best way to fold it back;2. Ensure the mattress is completely unfolded and it is placed on a clear flat surface. Ensure the valve is fully closed (next to the pump dial);3. Turn the pump dial clockwise all the way to the up position;4. You can leave the pump running for five minutes to begin with but be mindful of room temperature and elevation. I found that in warmer environments the mattress inflates much faster. Also the duration of pumping depends on the size of your mattress;5. Usually the centre of the mattress gets filled first and becomes much firmer than the narrower side ends so continue pumping until you are happy with the firmness of the centre;6. Press with your hand on the side ends to determine if they are fully inflated. If they need further air, I personally prefer to stop the pump and wait for another two minutes then resume for a further one or two minutes until the side ends are reasonably firm;7. Once happy with firmness, turn the dial anti-clockwise to dead centre. Make sure it is not turned partially to either up or down as the mattress may begin to lose air;8. If this is your first use, or if you are using it for the first time after lengthy storage, leave the mattress inflated overnight (I prefer 12 hours+).A note on topping up with air:As with all inflatable mattresses, some air needs to escape. If you find the side ends too deflated to your liking, top up again but do not sleep on it immediately. I prefer to wait at least 10 minutes after topping up. Make sure that there is nothing placed on the mattress when topping up, like pillows or duvets. The mattress should be clear and should not be restricted at all during inflation.Deflating and repacking: Turn the dial anti-clockwise all the way to the bottom. Usually it takes 3-5 minutes to remove all the air but this could also depend on room temperature. There is no need to open the valve, the motor is very good at its job. If possible, turn the end sides down, then fold the rest one side towards the middle, then another side, then fold both sides on top of each other so that you have one single fold. Starting from the bottom, fold and press to get rid of any air towards the top – i.e. towards the pump. To protect the motor, fold that part and tuck it under a fold from the other side. You should be able to place the mattress in its bag and then inside its storage box.Enjoy this wonderful product!

Comfortable Sleep
I have been using this air mattress for a few days and am happy for the purchase. The size of the air bed is huge (both length and width) although it is sold as double bed size. The physical appearance, after inflating the bed, looks good mainly because the pillow area is distinctively seen and one may or may not need pillows. Inflating time is about four and a half minutes to get the hard firmness and I could not find noticeable air loss after about 9 hours of sleep. It is reasonable to say that hard firmness helped me to alleviate hip pain. I am not sure at this moment that such firmness stays after repeated use, for instance after one month. I will do one more review and confirm after a few months. The deflated time is about 4 minutes and there is no need to open the air valve to let the remaining air out, as mentioned in the user manual. The mattress is heavy and roll up for storage is little bit difficult. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

Excellent comfortable blow-up mattress
Thanks to my son breaking his leg we've had to give him our bedroom for a few weeks. To make life simpler, wife and I decided to buy one of these as a temporary solution rather than move the house around. We've now had a couple of nights on this and it has performed brilliantly - even more comfortable than our mattress on our bed. Larger than a double which meant we couldn't use our sheets - but we did have a king size which works well. Inflates in a couple of minutes to create a comfortable, stable bed and holds air all night with none of the usual issues with these kind of beds. We've deflated and put away once, just as a test, and following the instructions it was just a simple process.Overall more than happy, we will be sleeping on it for a few weeks so time will tell, but a solid couple of nights sleep so far.It is worth following the instructions for first inflation and letting the bed settle as we did.
