Bates Leather webbers are the ideal compliment to a dressage saddle. The webbers are designed to reduce bulk under the riders leg, by using a single length of English leather with a bonded nylon core.The strap has a loop at one end to go over the stirrup bar, and is adjustable at the other.The free end is fed through the stirrup, and then secured using a T bar fixing back through the stirrup leather by the riders ankle.These Bates webbers can be used on any leather saddle and are a good choice for riders that need maximum communication with their horse.Unfortunately, there is no simple way to determine which length of Webber you will need based on your leg length or your current stirrup strap length. This is due to a number of factors such as saddle flap length and shape, and how you personally prefer the length for the different disciplines you participate in. However as a rough guide, the standard underarm test will work on Webbers, the same way that it works on stirrup straps.

Good quality product
Thinner than normal stirrup leathers so not as bulky under the leg, lovely to look at as very neat - easy to clean and sturdier than they look with nylon webbing inside so they don't stretch like normal ones - very pleased with them thanks

Much neater than tradiional leathers
These are perfect for me as I have short legs and hate having the left over part of the stirrup leather dangling. They are easier for my to adjust whilst on board as the stirrup bars on my saddle are quite tight.
