Excellent resource!
Fantastic resource! Realistic activities and ideas, easily adaptable to a specific class. Although there are countless activities and ideas to be found on the internet, the unique thing about this book and its subsequent editions is that they provide a very readable format and include explanations as to WHY a particular activity works. Each activity/idea also provides additional information pertaining to the exceptionality the activity happens to target most, and a list of resources that provide further support, etc. Very well organized, and my copy is pretty dog-eared, sticky-noted, and highlighted at this point. I modify the activities/ideas based on student mix and need, but so far each one I've used has been very well received by students - definitely the most important testimony of all!

Differentiation ideas
This book has lots of great ideas on how a teacher can differentiate in their classroom. I really like the fact that there are pictures included with each of the 100 ways so you can get a clear idea of what is being discussed. The ideas are pretty basic, but even as a veteran teacher I found some new ideas to try!

Great ideas for the classroom and tutoring
Sometimes you can't break out of the mold and this really helps you come up with new ideas for students when teaching a lesson to make it fun. This is great for any teacher but especially special Ed. teachers. I love how it includes technology and it can be as simple as a cheap tape recorder--his is all stuff you can do, cheap and easy DIY ideas. For teachers on the budget (which is almost all teachers), this book is great!

Valuable resource for educators of students with special needs
This book has numerous ways that educators can differentiate for students with strategies that are proven to help them with success in school. There are 100 strategies, and they are organized into categories that help the educator to find ideas for individual students quickly. Additionally, the strategies are easy to implement.

Useful for professionals
I purchased this book with hopes of obtaining new strategies to support my special needs students. While there were some excellent ideas most of these strategies are already known as taught to professionals during college. It is helpful though to use this resource as means of providing parents with simplified versions of already known strategies.
