avnAyurveda Formulations Rasnasaptakam Kashayam Tablet 100

I have bought twice and keep some just in case my disc slips out . I have taken the liquid from Kottakal which works even faster but the taste is not so great . In the past I had to spend several days in bed and be all twisted for several days and move about very gingerly. With the tabs or liquid, I am mobile within 3 days and all straight again in about a week .Update . Forgot and .strained my back with a heavy laundry basket 2 days ago and usually this causes the disc to slip out. So far these tablets along with a heat pad and Mahanarayana oil seem to be keeping the disc from slipping out and there is more stiffness than pain. I am also taking whey protein .Update July 2022 ...slipped disc again ..found that need to chew tablets or dissolve in water for faster relief .
