Primo Smart Touch Water Dispenser Bottom Load | Hot, Cool, Cold Water Temperature

Bought this as a mother's day gift. She absolutely loves it! She uses it every day and it has definitely cut back on how much bottle water she uses. Now she only uses bottle water when she is going to be gone from the house. She uses this for coffee, tea, and just cold water to drink. She said the cold water comes out much colder than she thought it would and that the flavor of the water is much better than anticipated. Totally worth the buy as I debated on this purchase for at least a year.

Came broken…. Then the replacement broke one month in. You have to wait up to 6 weeks for a refund via zelle…

I bought this as a Christmas present for my mother, who drinks about a gallon of spring water a day. The set up is extremely easy (provided you follow the instructions of not plugging it in beforehand). Others have commented on the noise level, but I have not found the slight hum to be an issue.Love this and would definitely recommend!

Works great! The cold water is the perfect temperature, not too cold, that you can't gulp it down when you're really thirsty. The hot is also the perfect temperature for making hot chocolate or tea. I do notice a slight rattle in the left side panel when the compressor kicks in, but it's not that noticeable and might be rectified by dampening it with something, I don't know, like a piece of cloth or something, wedged between the panel and something innocuous inside, which is something the manufacturer probably wouldn't recommend. I wonder what they WOULD recommend. That's the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars.

Hot water option stopped working. SELLER making it ridiculous to return and dragging it out. Be wary.

Great water dispenser works good and came well packaged. I only complaint about it is you have to hold button for 3 sec. everytime before starting auto fill, would be nice if it could stay in auto fill stop mode until you lock it. Wonderful product thank you!

Bought this at a local Walmart as we wanted to stop buying bottled water. Worked well for two weeks, albeit weirdly. To get the auto fill function to work, you need to long-press the cold water button for a few seconds, which is kind of counterintuitive and stupid. To get hot water, you must hold the hot water button AND the dispenser button at the same time...again, kind of stupid.It worked well though for two weeks, at which point the dispenser nozzle began dripping endlessly. I didn't notice that the drip tray was overfilled until my wood floor had a nice puddle beneath the unit...will probably lead to warping now, so thanks for that Primo. Returning for a refund. Will not buy this brand again if the unit can't last two weeks from brand new before leaking all over my floor.

Super happy with dispenser. I can’t say one bad thing.
