On their site it says " homeopathic products are not subject to pre-market approval by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not reviewed by the FDA. The FDA has not evaluated this product." People may be fooled by the trick they keep using in their marketing by saying the product was made at an FDA inspected site,which is not the same as the FDA inspecting and approving their product.

After I use it 2 times it become very black color like black ink,is that the way it is or it goes bad?

Colic Calm is a suspension based formula, so when not in use, the active ingredients will settle to the bottom of the bottle, which is why it may have appeared clear at first and then black later. While we do indeed indicate that it is important to shake the bottle well (so that all of the active ingredients are equally dispersed in the solution and the product is at its most effective), there is no worry about not shaking for one or two doses. There are 24-47 doses per bottle and we err on the ultra-conservative side for each dose. Please just make sure to shake well from this point forth. Rest assured, the black color of Colic Calm comes from the ingredient Carbo Vegetabilis (vegetable charcoal). Activated charcoal has been a time-tested remedy for digestive woes that dates back to 1550 B.C.

We have stability that shows our product to be stable for many years... 3 years from the date of manufacture if the bottle is unopened.
