This is an awesome set of head-phones, for basic work use. I love this set. I actually bought a second set too - to keep in my back-pack, when I am not in my office. At the office... I plug into my Lap-Top and docking station. The dongle connects you direct, right into the Laptop's USB port. And if you want... you can also connect to your phone simultaneously - through Bluetooth. I have not done this yet. Anxious to see how you toggle back and forth, if you get a call on your cell phone. Anyway - excellent and comfortable head-set. For me, anyway.

I purchased this headset because the wired headset I use for work got frayed and the sound started cutting out. From my initial use, everything works fine and the battery life is long. I like the flexibility in folding in a flat layout since i don't want the earpiece to be squished in my backpack. I can walk away a decent distant from my laptop and the sound works fine also. My only complaint is the hang up feature only works when connected to the phone and not on the laptop when using MS Teams. Though the headset fits well, after a while, the headphones may feel like it's squeezing your ears which should decrease with more use. For the value, battery life and flexibility, this is a good purchase.

Works perfectly for my wfh job. Battery last all day. Sound quality is great. It's comfortable to wear for long periods and at this price it's hard to beat.

I have been using this headset for a few months and have the following to report: The good: The headset pairs easily to other equipment that has built-in Bluetooth. The USB dongle fits incredibly tight to the USB port on my laptop. There is no concern about it slipping out or being bumped loose. The sounds is crisp and clear. I've walked away from the paired device for distances over 40' with no issues in connectivity. Battery life appears to match the manufacturer's claim. I typically use the headset for meetings that average 30-minutes in length and then miscellaneous discussion that last anywhere from 10-minutes to 1-hour+. I plug the headset in for charging about once per week. The not-so-good: The built-in muting feature is nice; however, the device uses an announcement to declare "MUTE ON" and "MUTE OFF" when switching modes. The voice announcement is loud and cuts into the streaming audio, which is distracting when used during a meeting -- not to mention cutting off the verbiage of the person speaking. My Logitech headset denotes muting/unmuting with a light tone that does not override the audio. The earpads are constructed of a memory foam covered with an artificial leather. I know from experience the leather will degrade badly over time by peeling off in small section in the areas where contact is made. The leather is great for sealing against outside sound but causes my ears to sweat in mild temperatures. That is uncomfortable and distracting. The Logitech uses foam covers that allow for good airflow and comfortable wear. Finally, no matter how the earpieces or the headset itself are adjusted, the headset squeezes tight on my ears which makes for additional discomfort.

This headset was easy to set up and the sound quality is really good along with the external noise reduction. However, twice now it has died in the middle of a call I am on for work. It advertises 26 hour talk time, but I would say after a couple of hours it is done. I keep it plugged in between calls, so I know it is fully charged when I go to use it.

Bought these for work and I've been mostly satisfied. It's taken numerous setting adjustments to get or keep them connected to my Teams or Zoom meetings. I'm not sure if that's due to admin settings changing or not but other than the connectivity issues I've had, these have worked really well for me

Work well for my hearing impaired husband! They keep out more noise when he is using them so that I can work close to him without hearing everything he is listening to! Good value.
